mild menthl relief from pain
Cant say i have any healing from the ARNICA, but the menthol cooling feels good on injury. A bit costly for the contents

Works great. Helps with pain. Feels nice and cool.
I like this roll-on. It’s easy enough to use. Although just as many other lawns I always feel it leaves my body too wet. I usually use this type of thing on my neck and my back because that’s where my issues are. And to get around the whole witness issue what I do is after I apply I then put the cap back on and then rub the cap all over where I just applied to help it absorb. That is my secret with all roll-on‘s. So it’s easy enough to use and it really does help with pain when I applied it really does feel great. It has a very nice cooling effect which is pretty awesome. So again I really do like it.It is also not as stinky as other mental roll-on. It has almost like a spicy ginger he kind of sent to it. Now I despise Ginger so it’s not offensive to me. But it’s more like an herbal scent that is not as strong within regards to menthol. You can still smell it but it is it’s definitely a different set. So I kind of like that as well. Again this works very well on my back and my issues and I like the way it feels on I just wish that it was less wet but again that’s a problem with all roller things.

Menthol with a hint of flower
It's different than the usual menthol smell. This has an overlay of flower. Definitely different. It took me by surprise at first since these products don't typically smell like that, but it is really nice. I prefer roll on types as it is so easy to apply and doesn't require hand washing right after. It does have a strong cooling effect. It takes a few minutes for relief to set in. I have used it on my shoulder and it lasts for about an hour or two. If you are looking for a different fragrance than the usual menthol, this would be a great choice.

Convenient application and penetrating relief
I have to admit, the roll-on function is mighty convenient. I still felt the urge to rub this into my skin after rolling it on. An urge I succumbed to, unfortunately. I think this is because I applied it to an area of skin under my clothes and I wanted to make sure it was spread as evenly as possible before the clothing could absorb the excess. It has a slightly tacky feel, a little like thin aloe vera gel, so not really like a lotion. The menthol sensation is "strong," but not what I'd consider "intense." It feels cold/chilling, and I could fairly taste the peppermint at the back of my nose. It numbs the pain somewhat, but the best relief is felt sometime later when the magnesium and hemp have had time to fully act. For me, this is longer-lasting relief than many pain creams, but it works a bit more slowly.I'm using this on my neck and shoulders for a combination of herniation, cord compression, disc degeneration, and arthritis with some spasticity. It relaxes the muscles and seems to provide deep anti-inflammatory type relief, which is what I need. The current price of $17 for a small roll on bottle is a bit of an eye-water.

Waiste of money
This product absolutely did not do anything for pain. My Husband has upper leg pain and this was a waist of time & money because even if it wasn't the solution I though, we'll even if it was the equivalent to BioFreeze I would not have said a word. Now let's see if I can get my $20 back?
