Not genuine
They do the job, but they are less comfortable to use. The needles are probably longer than they should be so adjust the pen accordingly. It is difficult to say what is wrong with them, but they don't slide as easy as the original heads.

Don’t buy these
These are not correct ! They don’t fit the M8 correctly and the needle depth isn’t correct. They go far too deep into the skin and are not compatible with the needle Device.
