Supreme Nutrition Lectin Protect, 90 Pure Herbal Combination Vegetarian Capsules

I started using Lectin Protect capsules after realising that I was having digestive issues & headaches/migraines as a result of eating foods containing lectins. I cut out lectin containing foods as much as possible for 3 weeks and then I started having meals and snacks containing low lectin levels while taking 2 capsules of this supplement and didn’t get digestive issues. A bit later on I tried eating a high lectin snack with 2 capsules and I didn’t get a bad reaction, though I tried this the day after and whilst I didn’t feel sick my energy levels were quite low, which I think is one of my body’s way of reacting to high lectin content foods, which may not occur for everyone. I’m very happy with this product as it means that I can continue to eat low lectin containing foods while taking them & I can have a diet with more variety !

Dave it a 4 because it is getting large and I have trouble swallowing pills when they get larger in size. Gave it a 4 for flavor because I'm not sure if it has a flavor. As far as value for the money, I'll have to wait and see if it works.

I recently began taking this product EVERY TIME I eat anything, even a snack. I suffer from IBS and this product is so helpful to reduce pain I have from my body trying to digest food. I do a lot of other things, too, such as peppermint essential oil (topically), and I am extremely CAREFUL what I eat. This has been a great addition to my pursuit of less physical pain in my life. I can't imagine being without it now.

Both my husband and I have aches and pain, pasty mouth and headache from taking this product. It’s possible that the sea weed coming from the Pacific and Atlantic oceans have mercury and radiation and lots of toxins .

I am on my third day of using this product. I no longer have gas and I have been using the restroom more regularly. I think this is a great product. I have also lost a couple pounds. There is no need to buy an expensive lectin blocker. This one works!

It might be a good product, but it can DEFINITELY cause LOW BLOOD SUGAR if you tend that way (or if you are diabetic and taking stuff to lower your blood sugar already). I tend towards low blood sugar and experienced a terrible hypoglycemic event after taking this product. I then Googled the ingredients and discovered that they ALL can cause low blood sugar! Especially the bladderwrack. I WISH THIS HAD BEEN ON THE LABEL AS A WARNING, AS I WOULD NOT HAVE WASTED MY MONEY ON IT. This is my complaint. I'm sure it's a valid product, but one that I cannot use, and I would have liked to have been given the opportunity to know-before-you-go, and to have avoided getting so sick in the middle of the night with low blood sugar. It was horrible.

This product works as well as the more expensive Dr’s brand and costs a lot less. If you are very sensitive to lectins, however, don’t expect it to give you a free pass. It will help protect you when eating out and you’re not sure what’s in the food you order but you still need to be vigilant! I always use it when I’m not cooking my own food, but frequently have issues later. They are not as severe as they would be without the Lectin Protect but be warned and careful! However, I totally love and recommend Lectin Protect because I could not ever make this lifestyle work without it!
