Over the years we’ve had our share of accidents around the house, I keep lots of animals and I think just about every single one has had a little accident somewhere. This product is exceptional because it leaves no trace of smell when I use it to clean up any urine and it also stops animals coming back to the same spot for round 2. Truly wouldn’t be without it. I have oak floors which don’t do well with harsh chemicals, but I always add some of this to my water when mopping to eliminate odours stuck to the floor and it doesn’t damage my floors.

If you have horrid orange/ yellow satins on your carpets, upholstery this will do the trick. Completely removed those horrid stains from carpets, curtains and laundry baskets that my delightful border collie had decided to wee on!However, I'm not sure how effective it is at removing the odour. I couldn't smell it, but my dog kept trying to wee in the same places. Also, after a week or so, I could detect a faint, but definite, dog wee odour creeping back into the carpets/ furnishings.Also, due to it's chemical nature - the actual product seems to leave behind a rather unpleasant odour.So, it does remove the stains brilliantly. it does remove the odour initially, but unfortunately, I think that due to the nature of dog wee, it's just never going to go away.I used to run a professional carpet and upholstery cleaning business and I know that dog wee is a real issue to remove, even with the most powerful professional carpet cleaning machines and chemicals. This is a great option if you don't want to spend hundreds of pounds getting a professional in.Ultimately, I'm going to have to replace the carpets - but this is a solid, cheap, quick fix that worked for me.

Have an elderly slightly incontinent dog and this is the only product I have tried that works on a beige carpet

Last resort to save a very smelly carpet. Didn't work as pee had clearly dried in and Carpet pile was too deep. Probably works if catch the pee freshly done but in deep carpet not sure it's worth it.

After having tried a few different sprays to help clean up the mess my cat made around the house. This is the best one yet, it completely removes the smell and has stopped our cat from going to the same places. I now always ensure we have one in to just spray around the area where his litter tray is kept. Helps to keep it refreshed and removes the stains left behind as well.

I didn’t find that this worked at all so wouldn’t buy again

This spray certainly helps to remove the smell of urine on upholstery. My cat is a very anxious chap and he peed on my armchair one evening. I followed the instructions and left it to dry and the smell has gone. This product is also very good at cleaning my chair and it removed several tea stains and “cat rubs” too. IT DOES NOT PREVENT A CAT URINATING IN THE SAME PLACE, it is just a cleaner and odour remover. I now place a storage box lid on my armchair when not in use and so far he hasn’t done it again. Fingers crossed!

Neutralises the urine.Not really stopped them spraying again though,might just be my kitties.
