Not as advertised
The media could not be loaded. Dries hard. Doesn’t peel easily. Silicone isn’t soft Not satisfying. Extremely difficult to pick and pull. You can hurt yourself trying to pick at it since it dries so hard.

Wear gloves if you have a latex allergy…
Took a long time to dry. But overall i really liked it! Dont love the bright blue color, but it stood out against the stone well. Be sire you put on a thick layer other wise you wont be able to get it off. VERY satisfying and helped me avoid picking my hands.

Doesn't work and is frustrating
The media could not be loaded. It's easy to set up and the provided tools are solid but the filler is too thick. I tried both sides, one kinda thick and the other the thinnest I could make it. Both were incredibly hard to pull and I often pulled out junks of the stone and not the filler. It's liquid plastic and the tools will break through the filler instead of pulling it out of the holes. It's unbelievably frustrating to try and use as you can't actually pull and tear anything. The bottle also doesn't work for the filler. I had to unscrew the cap and then pour a bit on the rock. Not worth it. I'd recommend trying something else

Does not work as intended.
I took a risk ordering this product based on the reviews, and I wish it was a risk I had not taken. The rock itself is very fragile, and pieces break off before you can get the picking substance off. The substance itself is too hard, and even with a thick or thin coat it is extremely hard to get off. I tried both tools and my fingers and I found it was coming off in tiny pieces/not at all rather than being able to cleanly remove it.

Good for my trichotillomania
This is such a good distraction when I’m in the mood to pick my skin or hair. When I start pulling my hair I just take this out and start going at it. The rock is decent quality, but kinda fragile and little bits of rock usually come with the latex you pick out. I also have a slight latex allergy, but the filler had no impact on me wet or dry.

Pretty good
Pretty neat product. I bought it in hopes of using it to replace picking at my face but it's just not as satisfying. The dental tools provided were unable to hold up against the latex mixture on the stone. I did like the little stand they provided for the rock, it make it easy to keep my desk clean while the latex dried onto the rock. I did notice that the longer I let the latex dry, anything more than 1 or 2 days, caused it to get really hard and make it difficult to pull off of the stone. Overall was more work and less satisfying than picking at myself, unfortunately. I haven't used it hardly at all. The stone is nice and has great pores though. I just don't think it's right for me

Dried up, unusable
I did not heed the warning of other reviews who stated the silicone paint stuff was dried up and unusable. I purchased anyways, and lo and behold, the product was dried up. The rock is nice. It came with a nice wooden stand and a picking tool. However with no way to apply the paint to the rock, it is in fact useless.
