Only company that is on board with loading high BC bullets.
This is the simple fix to load high BC bullets. Redding wants way too much money, RCBS and Lee want you to send a bullet in to them in order to build a custom seater. Only Hornady sells them. I have used 3 different versions for 3 different calibers, and they all work perfect.

Make sure you don't already have one.
Bought this to load high BC, polymer tipped bullets. For whatever reason, I ordered it before opening my Hornady die box and, at least for the 6.5 Creedmoor, it already had one included (2 in the box...1 regular and 1 long). So be sure and check your box before ordering another one. I will say that of all the calibers I reload (6.5, 270, 280, 30-06, and 300 WinMag), the 6.5 was the only one that came with 2 seating inserts.

Eliminates bullet ring marks
This eliminates the ring marks on the 6.5 Hornady 143 ELD-X bullets. This also works very well on any other long bullets like the 6.5 Berger VLDs.
