Better than expected!
Great delivery! Fast! Press came a little loose but it comes with tools to adjust everything up. So far I've used the mug and shirt press. Shirt press works and heats up pretty good. Be mindful of your timing because it will burn your vinyl.Mug press doesn't heat up as efficient but it does the job. So far better than expected!!

Love it
This heat press has worked great. I had a small issue when delivered it was missing the mug press but I contacted the company and they sent me one right out. Great customer service.

Nice heat press
This is a well-made, easy to use heat press. I appreciate the rounded corners on the platen. The control box is easy to use and accurate. The instruction manual is more detailed than most, but it could be more comprehensive. The machine comes fully assembled right out of the box. The only problem I had was one of the mug press heat wraps was missing from the 5-in-1 version. Contacting the excellent Amazon customer service in an online chat resolved the problem in no time. I am waiting to get two new heat elements in the mail.

very easy to use.
This was very easy to figure out considering the is the first time I have ever seen or used a heat press. I have used it on t-shirts and mugs and even a square of tile.

Waste of money. doesn't work
I bought this as an upgrade for my 5 year old heat press and was really looking forward to using the other attachments to expand what I could make. Unfortunately, it didn't have a protection plan available and I didn't use it within the Amazon return window. When I first used it, the temperature wasn't working correctly. I bought a digital laser thermometer and adjusted the temp with that. It may have worked okay if there hadn't been a metal bur on the shaft that basically locked it in the down position. I managed to sand down the metal a few times, but it kept getting stuck (Maybe the metal is too soft for this application)I'm back to using my old heat press doing only shirts. I may get another after doing a LOT of research to find a good one and make sure I only get one with a protection plan available.
