These last 3 years in the hot dry and sometimes very windy desert environment. What fails are the grommets. I found by allowing the canvas not to be stretched too tight between anchoring points the grommets last longer before tearing out. I started using bolo bungees to allow more give at the attachment points. They won't hold up in this environment either but are simple to replace and are low cost.

Really really well made. Unusual nowadays, all the screen cloth makers seem to be really cutting corners on quality and charging you more. This has a very thick outer selvage and the grommets are good quality and it is indeed 90% shade, and it is actually the size you buy. So many now send you something that can be up to 2" short of stated size.This is how they used to make them, will definitely be back for more. They enclose coupons for use at their web site.

I purchased this for my pergola/deck and I love it so far. I used the Kotap ball bungees to secure it to the pergola. It's been a month and we live in a windy area and it's held up well. Rain does come through but I worry how it might hold up in a heavy downpour since it's not as porous as the 80%.

Seems to be well made.
