Definately waterproof
Tested in Bath tub first and later in sea under shallow water. Definitely waterproof and easy to operate, but mind when you put it in bag or something as it's easy to accidentally switch on.

Total waste of money
This head torch has the honor of being the worst I have ever owned.I could excuse the fact that it's extremely uncomfortable if it were not for the fact that it runs the battery's flat when not being used.First time I thought I had accidentally left it on, but replaced battery's and left untouched on worktop, 3 days later the barteries worth flat again.Unfortunately did not find this out until after the window for returning the product had closed.DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
