My cardiologist recommended I take this to help with lowering my BP & the cardio protective benefits. Not only has it helped lower my BP but my skin looks amazing! I’ve definitely noticed a difference and I love that it’s a two month supply. Will continue taking this.

I started taking resveratrol for the antioxidant properties and its help with blood pressure and cholesterol.

I did not like that the write up said it was organic but when it arrived the manufacturers bottle did not say organic nor did it have the organic seal on it. Not good!

I took this for 30 days and I am not sure of how noticeable the effects are so far. I have done a reasonable amount of research into resveratrol and its effects and feel it is at least safe to try. However, there are so many variables to know for sure these work as advertised. I do think these have had some subtle effects on my energy level. At the very least I do not think they have caused me any problems. I have no real concerns about the quality of this product or its ingredients.One thing to be aware of is that the pills are fairly large. The length is larger than the diameter of a dime. They also had a fairly strong smell. I got used to them though.Overall I was hoping for something a little more noticeable, but think it is worth giving them a try. I would be willing to continue taking these resveratrol supplements.

I don't know how this supplement works, scientifically speaking, but I felt an overall increase in energy, focus, and stamina about 3 days into taking them on a daily basis.My job is physically and mentally demanding. Once Resveratrol kicked in to my system, my mind felt clearer and my muscles seemed to heal quicker after the usual strains suffered from lifting heavy objects all day.I was skeptical of Resveratrol initially, because people were touting it as an "anti-aging" pill, which I do not believe currently exists. But... due to a friend's emphatic testimonial, I decided to give 'em a go. I was very pleasantly surprised. I waited to get my second bottle a week after my fist one was out, just to see if I could tell a difference or had a comedown. I didn't necessarily have a "comedown," but I did begin to feel less healthy overall. In my Mind and Body. So now I'm back on Resveratrol again full time and continue to feel an overall sense of healthiness and well-being.But the truth remains.... nothing helps your health more than an active lifestyle. So don't expect any supplement of this nature to help unless you're already trying to help yourself. Good luck, and LIVE ON!

It’s hard to review most supplements, especially those that are in pill/capsule form. I took Resveratrol for a while many years back when articles first started to circle that it could possibly help reduce breast cancer risk. But like many antioxidants, you don’t necessarily feel anything so when I started to reprioritize my supplement expenses, it got cut from the list. I decided to try this because it’s a relatively high dose and it seems higher doses of Resveratrol can lower blood pressure. My blood pressure averages in the normal range, but it can definitely ease into bad territory, so I’ve been looking for small things that I hope will add up to keep it constantly in the proper range.I can say that my blood pressure has largely been a little bit lower since taking Resveratrol, but it is extremely difficult to nail it down exactly to this supplement. But it doesn’t cause me any gastric distress whether taken alone or without food and I haven’t had any other adverse reactions, so I’ll continue taking it and monitoring my progress.

Red wine is healthy, but I have a hard time with the sulfates. Resveratrol supplements are a good way to get that grapey goodness! This seems to be a good quality product. The capsule is average size. When one opens the bottle it smells like one of those wonderful aged oak wine barrels, and that is also the slight aftertaste you get from swallowing the capsule. It's lovely! I'm taking this for antioxidant support, and not with a particular health goal, so I can't speak to its improvements in my body. I'm glad I'm taking it.As others mentioned, the Amazon listing says it's organic, but I don't see any organic labeling on the bottle. I do see that the manufacturing facility was FDA approved, and it was made with "GMP": good manufacturing practices. That said, I also looked up the company's website, and there is very little information. The "about us" section is scant, so though the final product was made in the USA I'm wondering about raw product country of origin. The address is a P. O. Box in NYC, so they may or may not have a brick and mortar office.Overall, a good product and valuable for my health. I hope that the company will flesh out their information more so that we can learn more about what they have to offer and who they are.
