These beautiful paints, manufactured in the Ukraine surprised me!I was expecting a middle of the range quality but have been very pleasantly surprised just how creamy they are to use with gorgeous clear transparent colors & excellent opaques. The pan sizes are unusual, given they seem to be somewhere between a half pan & a full pan, but this makes for a very clean pallet when using with plenty of room for your brush to move.The tin is very good quality, dark glossy blue and closes very securely. The pigments are rich and saturated. I can't comment on about the light-fastness as yet but if you want a VERY nice set of water color paints without spending a fortune, then you NEED these!I didn't NEED them, I originally purchased them because I love to collect and use all different types of paints but also because they are made in the Ukraine.The only thing I wish they had are the color names or numbers printed on the individual pans but that's easily fixed by sticking a part of the cover paper on the bottom of each pan.

Put in fridge before trying to remove the individual coverings- paint is very sticky

These are beautiful quality paints. Very transparent and lovely. I really enjoy using them. I have some of the top brands in watercolor paints and these act and look very similar
