Horrible Quality, zippers especially will fall apart after a few.
Horrible Quality. The first lock was not set at 000. The zipper teeth are out of alignment right from the beginning. Not heavy duty zippers. I travel as a crew member for a living and bought this for my wife for valentine’s Day because she liked the look, what a mistake, no wonder they are less than a quarter of the price of a Travel Pro or briggs & Riley. Sending them back, never again.

Nice luggage - lock tricky
My Granddaughter selected this set for her birthday. She is young so large suitcase will be for later, it’s pretty big. I have same type set and rarely have use for the largest and I travel a lot.The lock is easily set if you push the release the wrong direction and I’m familiar with this sort of lock. It set the code and I had to find a YouTube hack to get it unlocked so we could set it up. Be careful and read lock instructions first. They are supposed to start at 000. If it’s on another number it could be trouble.

rollers won't roll, seller won't back the warranty, Beach set
WE purchased the complete set as it came out from a reputable salesperson, in Arizona. He told me he backed the luggage for 10 years. I had problem with the carryon not rolling sideways/ forward, so when back from my trip I stopped me, and he took a look. His response was to put WD40 on it, which he did. He said try this and if it does not work out just let him know and he provided me his card. Well, I just came from a trip to Ohio and Yes, the wheels would NOT again work properly. Now, Mike, (the salesperson) is in Arizona where we purchased the luggage. I called and expressed the wheels again were an issue. His response was bringing it by. As I live in Atlanta, Georgia, I am not able to just take the luggage by his business. He then told me it would cost him WAY too much to mail it across the country and I would have to bring it back to him. I cannot imagine any warranty that would deem I would have to fly to Arizona to have their merchandise warranted due to a defected wheel. I just want the carryon replaced as I do love the luggage.
