Product is reliable and sticks on to the dash as advertised, if we follow the instructions carefully. Pretty straightforward to install and the 360° turn is extremely helpful. The length of the arm isn't as long as the pictures, so the use of the additional arm holder really doesn't come into play. Otherwise, the product is the worth the price.

The suction cup is strong n sturdy... The gooseneck is the best part where you can adjust it to your needs and the stabilizer is added advantage to the holder which stops the phone mount from shaking and gives more stability and extra support to the holder.... Must buy!!!!!!!

It's been only a couple of weeks since I installed this. So far, it has been working as intended. The suction seems to be good and it can hold my phone without any vibration/movement.

I had a favorite auto cell phone holder and bought several over the last decade. As they'd wear out mostly from hot in the summer and cold in the winter, I'd replace them with the exact same thing. Then they stopped making them.I switched to this model and knew I was taking a chance, but I find this design is much better and I'm delighted with it.The suction to the glass is excellent and I've had no issues with it.The design to let it rest a bit on the dashboard is probably going to wear on the dashboard material over time, but whatever. It helps the phone stay stead with no bouncing around so an easier to read screen and no noisy from the wobbling.I really like the top back button to release the left and right cradle. It's simple, effective and easy to get a phone out of, then back in place. Much better design than the one I used to like so much.Highly recommended, will buy again!

Très bonne qualité comparativement à d’autres modèles qui tremblent trop.A tenu presque 2 ans de service.Pratique pour un iphone, quand on soulève le menu depuis le bas, ça ne coince pas.Je recommande !
