This came mostly in a chunk and the chunk is horribly bloomed
Notvwhat I expected. This was my 2nd order the first was fine. This one is horribly bloomed. Worried that it will bloom after tempering again. After all the hard work of making candy to dip, I don't want it to go to waste because the chocolate bloomed.
