After spending time researching different models to replace my old bean to cup machine I decided on this and I am so happy so far! Coffee is hot and strong and tasty!It was easy to set up and was making great coffee in about 10 minutes. I haven’t worked out all the features yet but looking forward to experimenting. Initial review though I would highly recommend! Milk is frothed beautifully and as someone who loves strong coffee it’s hitting all my expectations! I do currently have very strong beans which may be a factor but coffee is lovely! Much better than my last machine.Temperature- I haven’t adjusted the setting but the temperature is good I was worried as I’ve seen reviews on lots of models that mention the milk isn’t hot and coffee is not hot but I have not had any issues with this model drinks are hot and keep temperature well in a double walled insulated glass mug (which I bought from Amazon at the same time)Cleaning- milk system is easy to rinse, coffee grounds come out as very dry pucks so are easy to remove and rinse, I haven’t had to do maintenance cleaning yet so can’t comment.Water tank: the feature where you don’t have to pull completely out and can top up using a jug is great. I keep a jug under it when switching on and off so drip tray has not needed emptied or cleaned yet so this is a top tip.Size and appearance: machine is much smaller than my previous machine and fits nicely under the cupboard and is a really nice looking unit- seems well made and components aren’t particularly flimsy.I will try and update this review if I learn anything new but my general comment is this is a relatively cheap model but does not disappoint- I didn’t want to spend a fortune so this was a decent price for an excellent machine and if you love coffee like me I don’t think you will be disappointed!

The media could not be loaded. I've only been using this for just over a month,but so far it's been great. The coffee comes out lovely and hot, but you can adjust the temperature to suit. It was set up quite quickly, I followed a YouTube video and that helped. The strength of the coffee can be changed to suit your taste, mild, medium, strong and also you can set it to adjust the amount of espresso, and milk, and it'll remember that setting for you. There's a hot water spout if you like to dilute your espresso, make Americano, or even for tea. Personally, I think it makes a lovely tasting coffee, and the delonghi double walled glasses are a perfect fit for the machine.

Like that it’s bean to cup but that’s about it. Lots of water in the drip tray as it flushes through after use so always emptying it. Milk frother good but you need to take apart the part to keep it clean which is difficult to open. Needs descaling a lot which takes about 45 minutes! A lot of maintenance for a decent cup of coffee.

This was a treat for myself after years of disappointment with coffee so decided to invest in a bean to cup machine. The coffee it makes is soooo delicious and it does everything for you even frothing the milk. Simple to use and set up and cleans itself. The hot water setting is not quite boiling so isn't great for ordinary tea but if you like herbal or green teas it is ideal.Looks great on the counter and build quality is good. Easy to clean the tray also.

Really good machine, easy to use. Feel there should be an option if the espresso or milk is dispensed first. Milk comes first, personally prefer the other way around in line with a machine with steam wand. Otherwise, very good

It might be a bit early for me to writing a review as I've only had it 2 days, but in that time, I've tried every type of coffee it make and I'm very happy with them all....... even if I am ever so slightly wired right now from too much caffeine!!! Once set up and loaded up with beans, it is just a simple button press to get the coffee you want.... and with the milk drinks, it's just a matter of 'plugging in' your milk and then a button press. I've even discovered a kind of workaround for just hot milk in case you fancy a hit chocolate.... can't actually do hot chocolate in the machine, but you can select to use the pre-ground coffee function, but just don't put any ground coffee in.... select MyLatte and out comes nice hot frothy milk for you to drop some chocolate in (I have only tried hot choccy powder though... not sure if it would be hot enough to melt actual chocolate).Anyway... back to the coffee...... does just what I want without the £1000+ price tag of some of the more fancy machines out there..... great machine for the money.

We bought this as our old coffee machine gave up. This is probably one of the best purchases I've ever made. I ended up watching several YouTube videos to learn how to use it, as the instructions are not amazing. It's modern looking ands looks great in our kitchen. It makes fantastic coffee every time. You can adjust by a press of a button the strength that you want your drink and make custom drinks. It's easy to clean and even does a self clean after use. Although some online reviews said this is an entry level bean to cup machine I think it's great. The reviews said it was the best in class.
