I bought the complete set of toner cartridges for my HP laser jet pro mfp m281fdw printer as the colour toners were below 10%. I have in the past bought the genuine HP toners but the difference in price between the HP and compatible toners was so large that I was for the first time minded to take a risk on a compatible brand. I chose the Amstech brand partly because of the competitive price. But what decided it for me was that when I contacted the company with my queries about how to install the product and my concerns about the quality and potential issues of using compatible toners rather than HP ones they replied straight away and allayed all my concerns. I found them very easy to install and they worked straight away. The quality of the print is excellent. I have had no issues with them whatsoever. I live on my own and have disabilities and while I have someTechnical knowledge I’m Not an expert. So if I can install them without any problems then anyone can ! And while the price is great , and the service offered by the company is fantastic , what’s matters at the end of the day is the quality of the printing . And it’s superb ! A great purchase, I have been very impressed with the quality of these 415A/X toner cartridges. All that was needed to install was a quick change to the firmware update settings on the printer. (very helpful instructions included)Delivery was speedy and I have so far had trouble free printing since installation. I have just received these cartridges and I'm very happy with them. I have been using compatible cartridges for sometime now but have always had to change / swap the original chip into the compatible cartridges. Then for the next few months you are in the dark , not knowing how much toner you had left, just waiting for the day when you noticed the print quality changing. With these cartridges, there is no fiddly swapping of chips as they come with their own new chips. The printer did recognise that they were not original cartridges but it didn't stop any printing, it was just a message that was received when the printer was turned on. The box includes instructions how to turn off some settings to stop the toners being used because of printer updates.I am very happy with the print quality as it is as good as any othet toners that I have bought. I got the 415X cartridges so they should last a long time!
