Decent Red Light Arm Bands - Could Be Designed Better
This is a pretty nice product. It consists of two arm bands that have embedded 635nm and 850nm LEDs. The 630 ones shine red and the 850 (near infrared) are invisible, so you have to trust that they're on. There are 84 630s and 21 850s. The arm bands are secured around your arms with supplied elastic straps. There are 3 cords supplied with this product. There's an AC cord you must plug into an outlet. Then there is an inline controller cord you plug into the AC one. Finally there is a two-headed cord. The single end plugs into the controller cord and the two heads plug into the ports on the two belts. I find walking around with these cords attached is somewhat unwieldy, so I think it's best to sit or lie down when using this product. The controller has two buttons. The Power button turns the belts on with a long press. Continued short presses of this button increase the intensity of the lights. There are 5 of these and the highest gets pretty warm after a while. A long press of the power button turns the controller and belts off. The other button is the timer button. Short presses of this button cycle from 15-90 minutes in 15 minute increments. There are no instructions with this product and there definitely should be - to operate the product and notify the user of safety issues with red light therapy! To improve the portability of this, I think provisions should be made to use a power brick instead of AC power. Other belts supply these and have pockets built into the belt to secure them. It would take a pretty big battery to power both belts but they are available. So, all in all this product provides good red light therapy in an arm band format. The product is a bit pricy but cheaper than visits to a treatment center.

Don't know about losing fat but helps pain.
This came in a plain black box no name or markings. No instructions. Nothing but the 2 belts and power lines plus plug. It has no name on it anywhere. I have used a red light therapy before so I know basically what to do. There is an inline power control and timer but I cannot get it to work. I took off 1 star for this. They do heat up rather quickly and with the clear vinyl covering feels even warmer. I can use these on knees as well the Velcro bands hold the pads there too. Really anywhere you need pain relief. It says portable in the listing name but you cannot walk around you need to be up to 4 ft from the outlet. If after a time it helps with fat removal I will come back and update review.

Great for pain and soreness
Drastically help with soreness after arm workout. My husband pulled a muscle in his arm while working on the backyard so I use this on him and he said it definitely help with reducing the pain.I have been using this red light therapy every other day for a month now.Usually each session would be 15-20 mins long. While it helped with pain management,I did not see any results when it comes to sliming the arms.Maybe I need to use it more frequently or longer duration to see results? But then again I only have been using this for a month, I would need to use this longer to see better results.Overall this is a good red light therapy gadget and I would recommend!

Expensive but they work
If you like using red light therapy, you will like these. They are a bit more expensive than others, but you get two so that can be helpful. I like to use the on my back but I just lay on them to make it easier. I also use them on my arms to help relieve tension from working on a computer all day. Because of the amount of power they require, they have to be plugged in while you are using them, and there is a cord that goes to the wall and then another cord to connect each band to the power bank -- so it can be a bit much. It's easy to control the intensity of the light to get the setting that works best for you. I haven't seen any noticeable difference with weight loss, but it can help with pain. They really shouldn't make that claim, hence the four stars.

Excellent way to do red light therapy
I really like red light therapy. I have professional panels at home that I use. But sometimes I don’t want to stand or sit in front of the panel. Sometimes I like to move around or maybe take a nap. These red light therapy belts are perfect for that. You can wrap it around your back, your arm, your leg, pretty much wherever you need to put it quickly and easily. You either have to be plugged in to the wall or if you have a power bank, you can connect the belt to that and walk around freely. The external power pack is definitely an extra expense but, it is well worth the investment. The red light therapy has really helped me decrease my pain levels. As far as weight loss I’m not 100% sure on that but it is possible. Many studies have shown that red light therapy used consistently will help reduce fat.
