Unbrauchbar aufgrund unterirdischer Schreibraten - Platte ist extrem Langsam!
Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell, die Verpackung war für eine Festplatte absolut unmöglich. Sie steckte ungeschützt in einem flachen Karton, nochmal hartnäckig eingeschweißt in eine Blister-Verpackung, die sich nur mit einem Cutter-Messer öffnen lies.Im Auslieferungszustand war die Platte in Fat32 formatiert, das war für meine Zwecke nicht brauchbar. Also wurde die Platte mit Gparted gelöscht und neu in Ext4 formatiert. Schon hier kam es mir sehr merkwürdig vor, dass dies derart lange dauerte. Beim ersten Durchgang konnte Gparted die Formatierung nach über 8 Stunden nicht abschließen, beim zweiten Versuch dauerte es nochmal 7 Stunden, absolut nicht normal.Nun galt es 500GB Daten von einer internen Festplatte auf die Platte zu kopieren. Nach rund 10 Stunden waren erst 30% übertragen worden. Dabei sank die Schreibrate teilweise auf weit unter 100 kbytes. Viel zu langsam, nein unterirdisch langsam. Ingesamt sollte der Kopiervorgang über 200 Stunden in Anspruch nehmen, bis ich ihn abbrach.Da das mitgelieferte Kabel viel zu kurz ist, habe ich das längere Kabel einer externen WD Festplatte verwendet. Auch mit dem mitgelieferten Kabel änderte sich nichts, ebensowenig wie mit dem Wechsel des USB Ports.Die Platte wird zurückgeben.

Tends to show on my screen as too slow but apart from that it does all that I need it to do, the 1.5 TB version of the same does not share the problem re-speed so less on screen warnings about device speed.

Great product, but slow delivery
Seems to be working fine. My only gripe is that I ordered it on 3rd June yet it was not dispatched until 25th June. Anyone thinking of ordering it (and it is one of the cheapest 500Gb HDs around by a reputable manufacturer) should check the delivery date. Excellent product otherwise!

Utilissimo
1 tb, ossia 1000 giga byte di memoria, uno spazio veramente notevole per immagazzinare dati, film e musica.Per tenere sempre tutto sotto controllo ho optato per effettuare una partizione del disco, cioè ho diviso il disco come se fossero due unità differenti, per avere una divisione più comoda degli elementi che vado a caricare.Velocità di scrittura e lettura elevatissima: usb 3.0 è il formato che consente il trasferimento di 11 gb in circa 2 minuti.Azienda con prodotti di elevatissima qualità e di lungimiranza ( sono possessore del modello precedente da 6 anni). Anche se il mio consiglio è di possedere un ulteriore disco esterno per sicurezza nel caso dovesse rompersi per tenere al sicuro i dati più sensibili.
