The neck holder is a great idea. However you have to be fairly tall for it to hold your neck to serve its purpose. They failed to make the neck adjustable to all heights ( more specifically for shorter heights) . Also the material of the seat and back cover feels like plastic. If they can make the neck adjustable and use a better quality for the seat and back, the neck holder would be brilliant. You could literally take a nap while getting your make up done. If you are 5'6 and taller this chair should work great for you.

Hay que ver bien las instrucciones para el armadoEs fácil de transportar es plegable.Es un poco incomoda si el cliente pasa mucho tiempo sentado(el borde del asiento puede molestar un poco en la pierna. No tiene ajuste de la tablita para reposar los pies, es bastante alta la silla por lo cual si la persona a maquillar es muy alta podría ser un inconveniente.Buen material.

None of the pieces aligned, not worth the money

Very cheap product. Tried contacting them about the issues, loud crack sound coming from foot rest and larger women (not exceeding 100kg) the chair is unstable and almost tips.

Very poor instructions and the only immovable bolt on the whole thing is on backwards so I cannot attach the foot rest.
