Episoothe is the perfect shampoo for digs with sensitive skin like puppies or those with allergies. It doesn’t dry out skin and can be used frequently if needed. It doesn’t have a strong scent, and will not alter the colour of your dogs fur. It lathers well and rinses out of a dense coat easily. I am very happy that Amazon.ca is selling this product.

Update: the replacement arrived within 2 days rather than 5. It is still very annoying that this happened in the first place, but it's too good a product to take away too many stars because of a quickly fixed mistake.Original: "I’ve used the product in the past and presumably if it ever gets shipped to me it’ll still be a great product, however the warehouse completely messed up not bothering to put the labels on the correct product I’ve got a shampoo label and barcode on the bottle that very clearly reads “Cream Rinse.” Now the replacement is scheduled for 5 days from now. He needs to be washed now, 5 more days is a literal discomfort for him. You can inconvenience humans all day long but affecting the pets is a way to make yourself very disliked."

This stuff works great! We have a golden retriever puppy that has ichthyosis. And this is the only thing that has worked. I scrub him with it and let it sit 10 minutes, rinse well. I try and bath him with it once a week or every other week. He went from leaving piles of dandruff where he laid to only the very very small amount noticed sometimes when brushing him.

AMAZON SHOULD BE EMBARRASED TO EVEN HAVE THIS CO ON THEIR SITE!!Got this product packaged in a beat up Razor box, Seals appear to have been re-glued! I ordered a 16 oz bottle and received 2 -7 oz bottles (2 oz short!)I am concerned of what is actually in these bottles and will NOT use this on my Dog!I was also charged 2 x's ! This is BOGUS and a Rip Off! Going to BBB and will fight this till my money (BOTH TIMES ) gets returned!

Our dogs are poodles and need bathing between groomings. This is great for our parti poidle with the sensitive skin.
