I saw a mouse scamper to the half-inch high cat bowl, reach in and grab a piece of dry food, and run away so fast we couldn't catch it. I looked for raised bowls and found this one. The sides are high and smooth enough that no mouse can reach the food. Also, my cat is 18 and throws up a couple times a week. The raised bowl makes it more comfortable for her to eat and has anti-vomit qualities. It is stable and has a rubbery anti-slip pad as a base. Very happy with this, and the bowl separates for easy cleaning.

My aging cat no longer has to squat on her haunches to eat making it at least look more comfortable. The removable top bowl is angled to help keep the dry food in the bowl, and it's easy to handwash which I do every other day since learning many dry foods spoil after 2 or 3 days.

My two Japanese Bobtails love these bowls. The elevation is just right as is the tilt. The color is neutral, easy to clean and durable. The flexibility to use the bowl alone or use the topper is great. Less throw up for the cat that has had issues.

I personally loved this food bowl. It’s aesthetically pleasing, matches my decor, and appeared like it wouldn’t cause whisker fatigue. However, my (not so small) cat couldn’t eat out of it comfortably. She had to take food out and then bring it to the floor so she could actually chew the dry food. It was just too tall for her, and again I wouldn’t say she’s on the smaller side. Great quality, just not functional in my case.

Love the height. My cat is at least eight, probably older. Over the six years I’ve had him, I’ve tried many dishes. Some he ignored. These are perfect, easy to clean and it makes me happy to see him enjoy eating from them.

I love this brand. I’ve bought 3 of their fountains and filters and now these bowls. They’re great. My cats love these, they’re wide and tall so it’s perfect ergonomically.

This is the only quality product that I have taken the time to review. My cats love this dish, they eat off the surface rather than drag the food to the floor. The dish is so well designed and easy to clean.. BUY Now you and your cats will love this dish....

We really like the these bowls. We bought two, one for each of our cats. They both had no problems getting used to using them and we hope they'll be better for their necks/digestion than eating from the floor level as they get older. The only thing that was a little bit of a bummer was that our one cat eats like a plow truck. He can't eat kibble out of the top angled bowl without pushing the top bowl off of the bottom part. I wish the top bowl itself was a little more secured to the bottom part for this reason. But I wouldn't say thats really a design flaw... it may just be a "my cat eats like a plow truck" flaw. He also pushes some kibble out of either bowl due to the rounded and smooth nature of the bowl's sides. But my other cat eats calmly and never has an issue. I think they both really like not having to eat so close to the ground, and I know it'll be good for them to have these bowls at their standing height.Overall, these are definitely worth the purchase. That is, if you don't have a cat that eats kibble like a plow truck. He manages the wet food just fine, no issues there.These are easy to clean and sturdily made. They also have little rubber feet on the bottom to keep them from sliding. We put them in the dishwasher occasionally with no issues. I'll come back to this review and upload a photo because I know how helpful it is to see.
