What did I buy this product for? Because it came recommended as a book to read. It's in reasonably good condition and I am happy with the purchase. It's an interesting read! It says potatoes and sugar helped fuel the industrial revolution!

Ungewöhnlicher Geschichtsunterricht
Einfach und leserlich geschrieben, das Buch umfasst praktisch die gesamte Ära, seitdem der Mensch sesshaft geworden ist, und bewusst Landwirtschaft betreibt. Enthält einige interessante Denkanstöße, hat aber auch einige Längen. Vom selben Autor gibt es ein Buch über die Geschichte der Getränke, das ich etwas kurzweiliger fand.
