My favorite Keyboard. I have several of these!
My first purchase of this keyboard was 10 years ago, which finally suffered its fate from a spilled drink and rusted; that being the only downside I have with it since its not spill-proof. It became my favorite because of its slim, but slightly firm keys and included the numpad without all the special "junk" keys. I still can't find a replacement, not that I want one. Therefore... I bought 3 more. They are on all my PCs (work and home). It is literally the only Amazon item I have bought more than 2 of.

Good, solid, space-efficient
I bought this and the Kensington mobile Orbit trackball because my computer kept dumping my Logitech trackball and Microsoft keyboard. (What a difference harmony makes! No dumping now.) The action is good. My husband doesn't like the keys because there are divots in the middle of the keys and he feels like the action stops below the surface, so if that is something that bothers you, this isn't the keyboard for you. But it's solid, not cheaply made. True plug'n'play, and great for small hands. I don't have a mac, so I can't testify to the switching capability, but knowing Kensington... it's smooth.

Key location slightly disorienting
Nice quiet keyboard, nice height and angle for comfortable typing.Limitations- there is no £ sign (I’m in the UK) though the 3/# creates a £. In compensation the \ key becomes # using UK English mode, I’ve needed \ more than I’ve needed # so far, so a bit inconvenient, but probably my own fault for not checking the pictures carefully enough.I’m getting used to the smaller “enter” button, but hitting the key above a lot at the moment!

Solid construction, quiet, light tough, responsive
This is an update to my previous review of 4-STAR. Now I feel like it deserves a 5-STAR after using it for a week 7 hours a day. Previously I did not like the layout of END and DELETE. But I got used to it quickly and it does not bother me anymore.Pros: Solid constructed, a bit heavier; Quiet but not complete silent; Key-in with light touch and shourter press but still give you appropriate rebounce and elastic feeling; Perfect size - not too compact, not too big but nothing missing-indicator for NumLock and Caps Lock, lot's of function keys; Wired, so I don't need to change battery, don't need to worry about the connectionCons: I am programmer so I use HOME and END more than DELETE. I felt like the END key a bit far to reach and DELETE key to too easy to be pressed. Now I have got used to this layout. Not a big issue anymore.
