One of my favorite stim preworkouts. I take it on an empty stomach 20 minutes prior to lifting, and I feel the tingle from the beta alanine/niacin, and also the caffeine to wake me up and blast some extra reps.It’s RTD so no need to waste time mixing powders, but you pay for that convenience. It’s not cheap, but it works. I love the grape flavor: tastes like grape cool aid mixed with club soda. Tastes awesome when refrigerated; less so at room temperature.It is a less effective if you eat right before drinking it, however. You won’t feel the tingle at all.Docking one star since it lacks a pump/NO formula in it (they have another version which has a pump formula, but it is always out of stock). I just mix my own Nitrosigine powder into the drink before workouts.Overall, way better than Bang and all those other preworkout RTDs on the market, when you need high stim, but lacks pump formula.Note: Caffeine really kicks in with this baby, so don’t take after 4pm, unless you need to be awake past midnight. I’ve taken it for all night drives and it works.
