My first bottle arrived broken, but I was able to return it easily, and they quickly sent me a replacement—great customer service!As for the product itself, I’ll be honest: it does have a bit of a weird smell. But that’s a small trade-off because it makes my skin glow and shine, and I’ll definitely keep using it.I do wish the entire amount came in a single bottle instead of multiple smaller ones, but I’m assuming that’s to minimize oxidation and keep the ingredients fresh. So, in the long run, it’s probably a benefit rather than an inconvenience.Overall, no complaints. I really like this brand—it feels like they use high-quality ingredients that can compete with other top products on the market. I’ll definitely be repurchasing!

I really like Medicube products for the price and for the products. The Vitamin C is not harsh but gets results of smooth skin and small pores. It leaves a glow to the skin. Great value for the money.

Stopped and went back to this after looking at older videos showing my skin was brighter and more clear of sun spots. You have to get used to the smell. It is a yellow colored serum. Goes on smoothly and makes skin more radiant. I don't usually tolerate vitamin c but this one I can.

The droplet has a touch time picking up and dispensing product. It feels as if there is no product in the bottle. Don't get me wrong, it is only 10g of product (which is tiny tiny) but you're better off pouring straight from the bottle into your palm. Some people mentioned the smell, I personally don't mind it. Here is the best way I can describe the scent. It smells like a fancy canned ham at first and immediate smells like a laboratory lol. What would change to a 5 star review for me is if it had a little more product. Other than that, it works. My skin INSTANTLY feels refreshed and plump. It's so crazy. I use the retinol right after and when I wake up the next day, my skin feels brand new.

Bottle comes practically empty, not worth the cost. Leaves skin looking bright which is nice, but again, not worth the cost. Stains skin and anything it touches bright yellow.

This is a nice product, but there is only enough product in each vial for three applications for your face.
