Making good cycling shoes great
I have used Sidi shoes for years and overall the fit has been fine, except they have pitiful arch support. Was just about to decide I needed to switch shoes when I decided to give these insoles a try. WOW! These make a huge difference in the fit and support of the shoes and have improved the tracking of my knees throughout the pedal stroke. Like them so much I immediately bought a second pair because I know swapping from shoe to shoe will ruin the insoles in short order. If you are experiencing similar issues with your cycling shoes do yourself a favor and give these a try.
