An entirely new approach to carrying and deploying a handgun. Its small size means minimal weight and space is taken up when not in use. A single adjustment sets rotation (360 degrees) and securely clamps the mount to almost any platform (belt or MOLLE). Fits belts up to 2 inches tall. Currently available for all GLOCK 17, 19, 22, and 23. Right hand mount. Made in US from US materials.

I really wanted to love this holster.... But....
So I really wanted to love this holster. I love the overall concept of it and how it allows you to have your Glock sidearm in any number of configurations, BUT.. for my style of shooting I don't know if it will have a place on my range rig. I mainly use BLACKHAWK Serpa holsters which I love, they have great retention and have never let down, thigh rigs, molle rigs, and belt versions. As for this holster by Cyre, which is a high quality standards company, it is just not as easy to use as a Serpa holster. I like to do rifle to pistol transitions at the range and this holster just doesn't allow the fast draw and holstering like a Serpa does. I can see this Crye holster being good for a CCW holster because you want good retention, and 99.9% of the time the firearm will remain holstered while you're carrying it. OR if you happen to be part of SOCOM and carry a surppressed Glock and you only need to draw when you're in sneaky mode to take out a pesky sentry and plan on holstering afterwards and have the time to snap the flap down....... Since most likely most of us Amazonians are humble serfs in comparison to the SOCOM warrior I don't think the last scenario helps potential shoppers out. Also would like to share that when holstering you have to open your grip up to where only your ring finger and pinky will still be on the grip in order to not get your middle finger pinched while pressing the pistol back into the holding clips of the holster..So if you are interested in buying one of these I would highly suggest finding someone that has one already and trying it out before you buy, unless you're 100% sure it's what you want. For now mine will sit in a drawer until I find a use for it. Hope my 2 cents helps.

Don't think of it as a holster; it isn't.
Quality is very good and there is a limited use for this, but don't expect to use it as a holster in the typical sense. Installing and uninstalling it from a duty belt or MOLLE battle belt or plate-carrier webbing requires a screwdriver. It isn't difficult, but don't expect to swap it daily from belt to vest and back again. It also isn't really intended for easy reholstering. If you want to mount a pistol to your plate carrier purely as a backup and you plan to leave this clip installed on the plate carrier, then it's probably a great solution. You will need to practice drawing from it because it requires unsnapping it and a pulling and twisting motion to release the pistol. Reholstering the pistol requires snapping the pistol into place, rather than sliding it into a holster. If it had an option for Tek-Lok mounting instead of the clamp system it has now, it would be MUCH more versatile.
