Prompt service
The order was very quick arriving, and in great condition. Unfortunately the jug was not at all like the one in the picture, perfect for latte, but had a slight dimple in the top rim which was supposed to be the spout, and in my opinion totally unsuitable for latte work.Within 1 hour os emailing, I received a message stating a replacement of the correct type was on its way. Can't say fairer than that. I look forward to some superb latte artwork!

Bought this stainless steel latte jug for my gaggia machine and i am delighted with it, just the right size for the frothing nozzle. It also arrived within 2 days of ordering.
