I am a very large person and have had trouble finding panties that fit comfortably without either rolling down my belly in front, not coming up over my belly, or having big gaps at the legs. I ordered a size (or two depending on the garment!) larger than normal based on other reviews about them running small. I’m so glad I did! They fit so comfortably and come up over my belly without being uncomfortably tight. I just ordered three more packs! I don’t have periods any more but do have little leaks once in a while. These seem to handle that fine. I also like the material…it feels like it is breathable…much better than the nylon panties I bought years ago. Much healthier. They survived the first wash no problem and seem like they are durable. Only complaint is I wish they offered more cute patterns like the roses!

I wanted period panties so I bought a pack of disposable ones from the store and they turned out to be just giant pull ups but I used them and found out either way they're way better than pads, tampons, or cups despite hating feeling like I was wearing a diaper and how much bulk they added to me. After I ran out I looked on Amazon for actual period panties and decided to try these, OMG. So comfy, they look and feel like regular panties not bulky or anything even under pants, I was so skeptical because they don't FEEL like they'd do anything but they're awesome. No leaks, wore all day on my bartending shift with a pretty heavy flow and stayed dry and clean. I waited until I tested them overnight, and after going through the washer/dryer to leave a review, and still perfect! I bought a size up bc the other reviews say the belly band is tight and they fit great, my ONLY dislike is that the band around the belly is still tight enough to give me a muffin top but not tight enough to be uncomfortable. I'm still calling them a major win and I'm definitely buying another pack or two so I have enough for a full cycle. 10/10 recommend.***Not gonna be weird and add a picture, they look just as shown though 🤣***

I love the coverage in the back! They are not as stretchy as I would like, but they stay in place. There is a small elastic band at the top that is a bit uncomfortable and creates a line. These hit below the belly button and are just shy of pulling over my hips on the sides, so not the most flattering fit, but they are period panties. I would not categorize them as high waist; they are mid-waist. Perfect for light flow and tight pants since they don’t make a panty line at the bottom. Sometimes I wear medium but I ordered large and the fit is perfect.

This is my first time trying period underwear and I can't believe I waited so long. These are absolutely wonderful. VERY absorbent. Washes well. Perfect sizing. Small fit me exactly right. I am 5' 9'' and 140 lbs. SO comfortable and stretchy!

I had no idea what to expect when I get these. The fabric is thick, but they feel light. Super comfortable, fit great, they stay in place.

I returned these because they weren't high waisted enough for me, and the waist band kept rolling over. The softness of the material was good, but the fit wasn't.

I recently went through some menstruation issues where I wasn’t able to wear tampons and didn’t want the bulky pad. I bought these hoping they’d be a good interim solution. These far exceeded my expectations. I was bleeding thru a super tampon within 45 minutes, with these I couldn’t even tell there was anything there. The pad goes up in the back and covers the right amount of front. I am a large/x large and these were comfortable. No leaks! I felt comfortable and confident in these all day long.

I love this underwear! It is so comfortable and contains the leaks that at my age I have. They fit well, so soft, no odor and no one can tell I am wearing them unlike the disposable ones. I wash them in cold water and hang to dry. I recommend them.

Not recommended at all. Worst quality.

Size didn't fit. No option to retun the useless product even if you don't want to refund or replace it. Waste of money. Be careful with choosing correct size. Size chart is incorrect.
