The audible Library strikes again
This was such a short quick read and yet so much happened. I like a book that's dark but not too dark even though the main character was a bit rough he was still a good person. I love that he was possessive obsessive and just want the best for her. I enjoy this book so much that I'm going to read the rest of the books. It makes me want to read more MC Motorcycle book.

Ryker & Charlotte
So good! This book pulled on all my emotions! Ryker falls hard and fast - it just takes him forever to get out of his own head. Charlotte is sweet and innocent but not so naive with her history. I was sucked right into this book and couldn’t put it down! I anxious to start on Tease’s book now.

Loved it.
I was so annoyed when this book didn't pop up on my list of stuff I bought to be reviewed. Sometimes that happens with books and I was actually looking forward to reviewing this book so I came back, searched it out and here I am. I've been wandering lost in the land of none of the authors I normally read have books coming out and I can't find any new books I'm interested in. This one popped up in one of my usual searches and I was like what the heck. Doesn't seem too bad.It really wasn't bad at all. I really liked this book. I can't say that we have a strong alpha in this book but what we do have a guy that thinks probably a little too much for his own good. And we have a reasonably professional woman with crappy family. What I like about the book is that she didn't have to give up her "civilian" life to be with the bad boy. So often in these books the entire life of the women becomes the club. They give up careers and jobs and whatever but that wasn't the theme in this book. She has her job and she pushes ahead with it regardless of the club. She has a life that doesn't revolve around the club.He has his strong opinions and he shares them but he doesn't come off as highly offensive. He comes off as troubled and wounded but not offensive which I like.Club business is really at a minimum in this book. You get to know some of the guys. You know a club exists and kind of what they are but this book isn't mired in the business of the club. Club politics comes into play because of the women. Not the woman becoming involved because of the club politics. That's a welcome change as well.I also loved that this wasn't an instant love sort of book. It's a struggle and it comes and goes with hurt and angst. But it's nto one of those hop into bed on a drunken night and proclaim love for each other sorts of books.I'm looking forward to future books. The preview of the next one already has me hooked in.

OK...could have been better
This is a first read for me by this author and I thought the description sounded interesting so I thought I would give it a shot. I mean who doesn't love a great biker romance? So, I have mixed emotions about this book....and I only have mixed emotions because there is about one paragraph of the book that just ruined it for me. When I read a book, my hero's can be broken, they can have a checkered past, they can be man-whores, just as long as once they have feelings for the heroine...that stops, they realize the error of their ways and they focus on the heroine. My heroines need to be strong, no doormats for me! Lastly, for it to be a great book, I have to be engaged and enjoy the story. In the case of this book I got 1 out of 3 on my wish list. I was engaged in the story.Let's talk about characters, Ryker and Charlotte (Charlie). I liked the way the romance developed between the two, the chemistry was there but Ryker was just holding on to the past to much to act on....so what does he do? Breaks my first rule to a good book, the hero has to stop his man-whore ways when he has feelings for the heroine; which then leads to rule two being broken...doormat.I will read another book by this author because I think Tease sounds interesting, but this book just gets an "ok", mildly irritated, 3 Stars. I liked the writing, I liked the plot, but it is amazing how one incident in a book can change everything for you. Keep reading for the spoilers as to why I took stars off...*********SPOILER ALERT**************What ruined the book for me? Our hero, Ryker, goes to a bar where a waitress starts hitting on him, he's trying to forget Charlie and the waitress looks like Charlie, so what the heck, he figures "I will go to the store room with her and see if I can get Charlie off the brain. I just haven't had sexy times in a while that's why I keep thinking about her" and of course he has all the "Charlie is too good for me", "she won't fit into my life style", "Sexy times will help me get my head back on" thoughts going through his head.So to get over the heroine, who he has all these new and strange feelings for, he takes the waitress up on her offer of fun in a storeroom. Why not, he can sleep with the Charlie substitute and all will be good right? While the waitress has her hands down his pants and he on second base, he is thinking about Charlie...YUCK! Here comes the worse part, it's Charlie's sister (Anna)...DOUBLE YUCK! Anna is the cause of all the drama in the book, who to be honest was a horrible sister and doormat Charlie didn't call her out on her choices! To top it off, Charlie is getting beat up and almost sexually assaulted because of the bad choices Anna made, while Anna's hands are down Ryker's pants. Then Charlie stumbles into the storeroom looking for her sister and catches them! WHAT? So here we are folks, Charlies sister, Anna, has made bad choices which are blowing back on Charlie, Charlie has stumbled into the storeroom beat up and in her pj's, catches her sister with her hand down the pants of the man she is interested in...and what does she do. "Oh, I guess he doesn't like me", "Oh I guess he is seeing my sister, but Anna didn't tell me, I wonder when that happened". And then 30 minutes later she is sleeping (for real sleeping) in the hero's bed. WHAT?Doormat! This one page/paragraph in the book TOTALLY ruined the chemistry and how I viewed the characters. SO FRUSTRATED, it would have been a 4 star book if it wasn't for this. From that point on, I had no respect for Charlie because she should yelled/kicked/screamed...anything at her sister for getting her beat up and then she should have stopped talking to Ryker for getting it on with her sister...SISTER. Gross. I couldn't come back from that, I just couldn't. It gets better, Ryker redeems himself after destroying the doormat and the HEA is there, but SISTER? Ugh...

Fantastic series
This was a new to me Author. She hit it out of the park. I was hooked from the start. The characters were so believable and I was glad that the whole series was available so I could carry on from one book to the next without waiting for the next book to come out. Good story line about the brothers in the Club and how they stick up for each other. Some trials and tribulations to overcome but they come out the other side with a stronger club. They manage to meet their significant other along the way and add to their family relationships. I could not put these books down.

Wow
Just loved this great story. The love the two find. A few people out to keep them apart. An obsessive person out to keep her. And Ryder’s band of brothers at his back. A terrific story.Narration was awesome too.

Girl Power versus Machose Bikers
Such a great story. It's intens and sensual. There's so much girl power. It balances thé bikers and their macho attitude. I had such à great moment.
