If you order this stapler it does not match the description. What you want is a stapler that is flat clinch, can staple 210 sheets and only uses 1 type of variable length staple - as described on the amazon description.What you will get is a stapler that can staple 210 sheets but has to use all kinds of different size staples and does not flat clinch the staples either.There is a difference between the Rapid HD210 stapler and the Rapid Duax HD210 stapler and for some reason they both have the same Model Number.Amazon sent me a Rapid HD210 stapler but described it as having the the Rapid Duax HD210 stapler capabilities.

So far, so good. Easy to refill. Colleagues love it and it handles all the large documents we need it to.

Just make sure that you don't want to take the document apart after you've stappled it. It's like welding paper. You can actually use a pair of pliers or similar but this really does staple lots of sheets together. Another item purchased because the company has the usual light-weight ones that are useless if there's more than 5 or 6 sheets.

Based on the performance of this stapler, the price is astounding and insulting. I staple bind books. One example is about 1/3 inches of 32# smooth uncoated paper. The Duax cannot do it. It was the sole reason I purchased this rip off. To contrast, the PraxxisPro stapler costs $50 and accomplishes this goal with ease. Heck, I bought 3 and still cheaper than this stapler. It’s flat clinch like the Duax, which is appealing and hard to find. I’ve missed the return window on the Duax, which is my fault. Bummer.
