This is a nice base layer for outdoor sports in the winter time. It has a nice compression effect but is not overly constricting. Just right. That includes the extended neck. I like the extra coverage of the extended turtle neck during cold weather. I play soccer outdoors during the winter months, and this top provides good compression and coverage to make exercising very comfortable even if the temperature drops into the 30s.According to the information, it is supposed to be usable during the summer also for sun protection, which I can believe. It is not heavy and has excellent coverage. It is very comfortable and the fabric has a nice feel so there are some nights when I actually wear it to bed - and it's great.Now that it has gotten warmer, I will give it a try and see how it feels in the hot sun and heat.Incidentally, I am 6ft, 195lbs, and as suggested, I ordered up one size to XXL, and it was perfect fit. I am very happy with this purchase and could see buying more, but I had already bought some hooded sun protection recently.Two caveats: The "Dr Skin" printed on the neck is fairly large which doesn't bother me - I'm in it for the fit and functionality, not the looks. The other thing is it would have been nice if the wrist had a thumb hole to have additional protection from the sun. Not a deal breaker since the rest of the shirt fits very well and feels great.The most important thing is that it relieved my anxiety of buying online. I mostly like to try things on in a brick and mortar store to see about fit and feel. I did not regret jumping in and taking a chance with this shirt, and like I said, will likely buy another one.It also arrived promptly with no issues. Good purchase and completely satisfied.

Advertised as thermal, not really. Been out in 0 degree days for weeks with this, with other layers, just functionally ok. Been laundered 2x so far, holding up. I wish this manufacturer would have sent a warmer shirt for how it advertised. Neck is a little tight at times and I am not that big in the neck. Also, order atleast 1 or 2 times larger than needed, this is sized not for North America. My 3XL is like a big large.

I don’t typically write reviews, but this product is worth the effort. I have always been extremely susceptible to poison ivy, and my yearly outbreak came early in 2023, just at the end of May. While weedeating, despite wearing a long sleeve shirt, jeans, boots, gloves and a helmet/face shield, I ended up with it on my forearms, lower abdomen, lower back, thighs and shins. The forearms were my fault- I have an unconscious habit of pushing my sleeves up, but the rest was from the grass being thrown in the air by the weedeater and getting down the shirt collar(which was tucked into my jeans) and pieces working their way down the jeans onto my legs.Three weeks of itching, oozing, draining welts all over, something I’m very familiar with and tired of.After reading about this shirt, I decided to give it a try, along with some gauntlet-type gloves I also purchased. My concern was how hot I was going to be under this gear.I have been weed eating since in the heat of the day, and this shirt has made it completely bearable. I put on a sleeveless shirt, the gauntlet gloves (which extend to my armpits), then this shirt overtop. I pulled the turtleneck up to my nose under my helmet, and despite looking like a storm trooper, the fabric makes this very tolerable- I was working in mid-80s to low-90s direct sun, in one instance in a swamp, and I was completely comfortable. This will be my new outfit whenever I have concerns about poison ivy in an area I will be in. It is warm, and you will sweat, but if you suffer from poison ivy like I do, you’ll swap a few hours of sweating, which a nice shower takes care of instantly, to weeks of itching discomfort.

I don’t love this product, but I don’t plan on returning it. The turtle neck part is great, it’s thicker and can cover my whole face. What I don’t like is that it runs very small, and it’s very thin. It’s a great base layer

I'm 6 ft 220lb. I generally wear size L in most shirts. XL on occasion depending on design. I purchased the XL and they fit but are fairly tight but that is as designed. If you want a more loose fit, I'd suggest ordering two sizes larger.

I'm glad that I listened to reviewer Kent (Feb. 9th), he is " 5'7", 165lbs ordered Medium sz and it fits perfectly."I'm 5'8 165lbs Medium is the right size like my Under Armour sizing.I agree the DRSKIN sizing guide is way off, recommended XL, would be too big.This is a compression should be tight fitting shows your physique.Material is good better than Under Armour. Will buy again.Recommended.

Das Hemd ist gut im Schnitt und wie eine zweite Haut. Aber das ist das Problem... Auf der Haut fühlt es sich kalt an, anstatt zu wärmen. Das ist wohl dem Gewebe geschuldet.

El artículo me llegó antes de lo programado, en excelentes condiciones, la talla M que pedí me que exacta, ajusta perfectamente al cuerpo, no se siente que apriete de más, el material es de excelente calidad, sólo la he usado un par de veces, pero debo decir que no es tan térmica como se podría pensar, para un frío ligero está perfecta, pero si es un frío más intenso o las temperaturas son muy bajas en tu localidad no creo que te vaya a servir de mucho, yo la utilizo para salir en la bici como otro jersey arriba y otra chamarra ligera está perfecta por qué no sufriras de ropa tan estorbosa, te protege perfecto del frío y tampoco te hace dudar en exceso.
