I read the reviews that stated the leather smelled. I found this to be true of all leather products I’ve purchased that have been recently made - they have that new leather scent.Leather products that have been “sitting” and waiting to be sold, have had a chance to “air out”.Yes, my purse did smell of leather in the beginning, but since I’ve been carrying it frequently, it no longer smells.What I like about this purse:•It looks nice. The brown color highlights the details.•It’s durable - I don’t have to handle it with “kid gloves”. I stuff it in my file cabinet at work every morning to lock it up.•It’s well made - nothing has broken on it and I use it everyday.•The adjustable strap fits comfortably on my arthritic shoulder. Of course, with any purse, if too much is stuffed in it, it becomes too heavy and uncomfortable.•I live in the city and I wear it across my body and the buckles prevent thieves from being able to get into it when I’m standing in a long line.•It’s reasonably priced.

I love this bag is has a lot of room for things I don’t need. But I will put all the useless things in it. They attached a note to the bag explaining care and what you can expect from your real leather bag. I’m excited to use it and see how it changes. And you can’t beat the price. Super fast delivery

Nice bag. I returned it because it didn’t match my boots. I love that the pockets were buckled not snapped. It felt more secure. The price was amazing. Let the leather air out. Fits cross body very well cause I have a lot of body to cross. lol

I loved this bag so much I bought it twice! However, the buckle that closes the purse repeatedly falls off. I’ve lost the buckles from both purses now. I want to travel with this bag but without the buckle, items easily fall out of the bag! FIRU, can you please send me two more buckles please?

I bought the brown version of this purse in 2021. It was great, held together nicely and was easily the best purse I've ever had. It's roomy enough for me, and has held up great for three years. It would have kept going strong too. But this year a pet chewed through the strap. I was upset. I loved this purse so much though, I was willing to purchase it a second time.When I came back, I noticed there was a black option. I honestly don't remember if that option existed in 2021, but if you look closely at the pictures the black one is very slightly different than the brown one. The back of the strap on the black one is lined with a cloth and it's actually better to adjust than the brown one. Still, I was still more than happy to have my purse back!Until today came. I've had this purse a little over two months and it has already broken. I picked up my purse this morning and only the strap came with. One of the small loops that holds the strap ripped. I haven't had it a long time and it's only really gone through normal wear and tear.I should have just gone with the brown option. I would have easily given it five stars. The black one is not of the same quality.Edit to add a week later: The seller reached out to me regarding my review and kindly replaced the purse that broke! I am changing my rating from two stars to five, it was incredible of them to reach out to offer a solution.

It's exactly how it looks in the photos. I'm a big fan of satchel purses, so this seemed like an ideal purchase for someone whose canvas crossbody satchel might be reaching its last days. It's roomy and the stiffness will loosen up in time and with daily use.HOWEVER,Be warned that this bag is offensively stinky. Like some kind of basement mildew, or like the bag was left sitting in a puddle of still water for too long. The odor is so strong that even after touching it lightly, the scent transfers and sticks to your fingertips. I left it outside overnight after spraying the crap out of the interior pockets with Febreeze fabric spray and wiping it down with CLOROX wipes (I know, terrible treatment for a leather bag). And it still smells horrendous. Because of this, I am unable to use the bag immediately after receiving it.I will treat it with leather cleaner and conditioner and leave it outside for a few more days to hopefully combat this one downside.

Elegant purse

I was so pleased when I received this handbag. I must say since there were some not so great reviews, I had some hesitations, but I’m glad I ordered it. The bag is extremely well-made. The stitching is done perfectly. The inside has a beautiful emerald green lining that goes very well with the color of the bag. There are multiple compartments and zippers for all of the everyday stuff. The leather is perfectly stained and feels very nice to the touch. The hardware is also very complementary to the bag. My bag did not have any type of weird smell. Quite the contrary, it smelled like wonderful leather, which I love. I cannot say enough about this bag. I will definitely be back for more. I hope the seller comes out with new designs and more selection to pick from. If you were on the fence about ordering it, just do it you will not regret it.
