You have a bowl or plate in the microwave and every time you use a towel or oven glove it dips in the hot food. NOT with this gadget. It gets a good grip on the hot dish and you don’t get burnt and no messy oven gloves.

This is good for lifting tins etc out of the main pot of the Foodi. Also useful for the microwave.Don’t drop it (like I did) - the spring will not stay in place afterwards.

When I placed my order I was expecting to receive a pan gripper with a sky blue handle, like was shown on the Amazon sales page. What I actually received was one with a lime green handle. I had a sleepless night because of it. Well, actually I didn't, but I guess someone who is less inclined to accept this blatant colour change might well have done. It seems to do the job, though, once I'd worked out how to unstick the two tiny silicone pads on the jaws from each other. Must have been the heat during transit that welded them together. Will it last? For six quid and considering where it is manufactured, I very much doubt it. However, In the meantime, it helps me to remove very hot pots from our air fryer. And that's all I wanted it for.

Purchased it to use on the Ninja Speedy upper tray and it was useless.

I use this on a large frying pan when I’m camping. I’d removed the handle to make it more “packable” and had used various pot grippers or pliers previously.These were a revelation!They look cheap as chips but they lock onto the pan really solidly and are as good as the factory fitted handle.I’m really pleased with them.

Great gadget does what it says .As I have big hands that don’t fit in oven gloves .This is really useful ,Would give it a five star but spring retention is poor and keeps falling out .The spring is for keeping the jaws open if your wondering.
