Great product
This is my go to cleaner for March/April. Diluted at 1:5 it cleaned my greenish 5 x 12 mtr patio , 4 fence panels and around 10 sq metres of clay roof tiles. Lovely stuff!

Works!
Had green patches on my decking even after jet washing so I got this. Had my doubts as after a couple of hours it looked no different. The next morning though, all the green was gone and some areas were REALLY green before.I didn't bother using a spray as far too slow, just slopped it on with a sponge mop and bucket, took no time.

it works
We have used the product on some of our fence panels and sleepers in the garden, we ran out so have only done half of the garden but you can easily tell which one have been done when it rains.

With the right equipment - a good all round algae remover / biocide
Let's face it, NO spray on biocide will afford 100% results unless you have the patience of Job and are prepared to spend a lot of money as basically the effectiveness all depends on achieving 100% coverage (not as easy as it sounds). With this in mind, my first impressions of the Roxil are, whilst it is expensive, it is definitely one of the superior biocides on the market, albeit in these green conscious times, definitely not the most environmentally friendly! Using the weakest 1:4 dilution I tested this on 5 yr old lattice fencing, most of which was covered in a light green mass of resident algae. After two days the algae had completely gone in all the areas I managed to cover (invariably there were patches I'd failed to spray) and all without lifting a brush! As I'd used the lowest dilution for the fencing, I'd have to say, that's pretty impressive and would mean a 5l tub would go a very long way in clearing algae growth. On stone paving however, the results were less effective. A good 3 days later using the same dilution, some of the growth between the flags had faded (about 60%), but for any hard paved surface, I'd recommend trying a 2:4 ratio on a test area and go with whatever achieves results.Yes, it scores a big zero in the environmental stakes (ergo caution should be used when applying), but as a pre-treatment prior to sealing, painting or reviving old wood, it works, simple as that!

strong stuff
this is one of those cleaners with ingredients that have to be treated with care.obviously with the huge amounts of rain this spring the flagstones have become covered in green algae.finding a time slot that actually allowed a couple of days of absolutely dry weather has been hard to findI mixed up the stuff with water and tried it out on the fence which worked wellwasn't quite as effective on the concrete. So a few days later I tried again with a stronger mix and that seemed to do the jobPrice wise this seems to be on the mid range pricing for these kind of thingsI try not using it near and beds or planting areas where it could spill over from the concrete

Work as is states
Didn’t take before pictures but this is how the decking looks now (see photo)I sprayed the product on the decking and left it over night. I brushed the product in a few heavy lichen areas.I jet washed the area and applied another coat of decking cleaner and left it again as were expective heavy rain later in the day.The photo speaks for itself how good the product works.

Leaking container
This is my third purchase of this product which I have found effective. However, this time the container has leaked as you can see in the photo. I am very disappointed and will not buy again.
