Mava Sports Pair of Knee Compression Sleeves Neoprene 7mm for Men & Women for Cross Training WOD, Squats, Gym Workout, Powerlifting, Weightlifting

Having read many reviews I feel some people are confused about how to get the best knee sleeve for them. These mava sleeves are great for working out and running. These are also competition grade sleeves which means they are 7mm thick, this is the thickest knee sleeves are made! If you're needing something for more support you need to switch to a knee brace. In the knee sleeve world Rhebands are still the best but they are for serious competitors in my opinion, they're typically sold 1 at $79. The mavas are nice because you get 2 for $50. Again still competition acceptable. These are not for all day use however, being they are 7mm neoprene they do not breathe! But you want that for working out/running because it keeps your knees warm as you work them. If you want all day support I suggest getting 3mm to 5mm sleeves made from a more breathable material. The only reason I gave them four stars instead of 5 is because of the design they tend to bunch a bit behind the knee so I find myself adjusting them every so often. They fit as expected, I measured my knee and ordered an XL and they fit perfectly. I've had them for several weeks so far and use them pretty much daily. They have NOT started to fall apart or rip at the seams. They're very durable and I'm glad I bought them

This product has been a lifesaver to me. I am close to having a knee replacement and with wearing this fantastic knee sleeve, I am hoping to put it off for awhile. It may sound weird, but with this sleeve on it seems to hold my knee in place. I know at least 2 or 3 times this has helped to keep me from going down. I wear it all day. Yes, it fits snug, but I think it is supposed too. If you are un decided, go ahead and buy it. You WON'T be sorry.

I've suffering from knee issues for a while, and a bad movement while sprinting made it worse.My physiotherapist recommended me to get rely on a bandage or a really good neoprene knee sleeves.After recovering, I started using them for all my sports activities and I can feel, I'm well supported. Sudden twists or changes of direction while sprinting do not affect my knee as before.I thought they would cause issues to move while running but that is not the case.I know this is probably not the regular way other users have been using it. But they did the trick for me and I'm so glad I found them.

Very new to CrossFit, but what a huge difference in my squats. They are a little tight, my knee measured 17" exactly, so I went with the XL because I was afraid the 2XL would be to loose. There is a seam that goes down the back that is a little uncomfortable, but I am hoping that goes away after I use them a little more. Besides that, they are great quality and it was a great purchase! Would highly recommend them.

Love these knee braces. They are a nice tight fit but aren't too restrictive. I'm an older crossfitter and these have worked really well in the few weeks I've had them. I was waffling between a four and five star rating simply for the fact that I got them in gray and that color shows dirt and sweat really badly. Ultimately I still gave them five stars because this is more of aesthetic issue rather than function but I'd recommend a darker color.

These compression sleeves are JUST WHAT MY KNEES NEEDED! I am 62 years old and enjoy a good hour on my treadmill everyday although my knees are a little creaky and prone to pain. I have tried various types of knee braces, but they do not provide the comfort and relief from pain that the compression sleeves do. I just bought another pair for my wife whom I am sure needs them even more than me and will like them just as much. Update - I am ordering a second pair as backup for when I travel! Forgot them last week and got a reminder of the stiffness and pain I had before I started using these.

Since 2008 after my torn meniscus surgery, I stopped working out on my legs due to potential further injury. But thanks to a guy at the gym, who shared the same story. He mentioned his new capabilities using the Mava sleeve. He was able to once again perform squats that I hate so much but greatly needed for my deteriorating legs. I decided to try them. THANK YOU MAVA, once again I'm able to return to working out my legs due to the great support I have from these knee sleeves. It feels so good to know the sleeves are giving me support and flexibility to perform my leg workout. Once again I feel like a young man. As a Registered Nurse I truly, truly recommend it. I hate feed backs like this, but I just had to write this one, because these sleeves work. I tell everyone at the gym that ask about them. Sweeeet MAVA.

I have some knee discomfort that I need to be seen for, but in the mean while I bought theses knee sleeves, in order to continue training in martial arts. I have done everything with my knee and they make noises when I squat, but these knee sleeves help to release some of the knee pain and discomfort when I am rolling in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, it helps my knee to stay in place when I make fast leg movements, In boxing it helps to make my knees firm when I squat to avoid punches, and in Muay thai, I can knee better with out feeling the impact on my knees. I am really happy with this product and Thank you so much MAVA.

Poor!! Very poor.. after only three months the seams went on the left knee protector. I sent a message to MavaSport on Facebook and they ignore not just one of my messages but two. Clearly don't value my business. What a waste of £45.. lame!

I bought this item as I thought it was what I needed. They are great sleeves but unfortunately the wrong type for what I needed. I need more of a support for cardio. After speaking with the fantastic customer service team ( Logan ) I was informed that the reflexology knee sleeves would be my best option. I would defiantly buy from Mava sports again as they were very quick to help me and also very quick at refunding my money. I can’t edit to order the reflexology sleeves snd try them out. So happy

Great product but not true to size. Measured knees as per instructions and chose size that matched my knee measurements but the product is far too small/tight. Persevered and wore them thinking I just had fat knees but ended up feeling as if I was cutting off the circulation in my legs!!

It’s a good product but I thought the sizes are a bit misleading! I bought a medium think it would fit right but it was too small. I got it on but it was way too uncomfortable.. I paid a lot of money for them so I was a bit disappointed that it wasn’t right.. I could’ve returned it I guess but I’d thrown away the packaging... lesson learned.. paying more isn’t always the best

Excellent fit, not too tight and not too loose. I can certainly feel the support when doing squats. Just make sure you measure your knee as instructed before you purchase and you will not be disappointed.
