My favorite piece is the toilet paper holder. It's as easy to refill as it looks. My biggest concern was that the roll would tug off if you pulled hard enough, but that's not been a problem. It looks elegant. It's located in the master bath, but I'm wishing I'd gotten it for the kids bathroom too, it's that easy to refill. The other 3 pieces are standard and are the same as we had before, just in the black. My husband didn't care for the way they went together; he felt that they were unreasonably cumbersome. They come with the small tool you need to tighten them, but again it took both of us to get them solid; he turned the little tool as I held the hardware in place. I would buy them again.

These are beautiful and sturdy. A number of people complained about the installation. If you have any kind of abilities with a screw gun, an allen wrench and a level, you'll have no problems.

These are very sleek, stylish and expensive looking. I’ve used them on two remodels and will use them again The edges are nice and smooth and I’ll buy them again

I bought these to make a modern update to my bathroom.1.) You can See Finger smears on the brushed metal2.) They installed in a way that was not perfectly flat to wall. You have to be very precise to get the bottom screws flat, in order for this sit correctly. If it doesn’t sit correctly, it also will come loose. My husband had to redo the holes that I made and rehang, but he also had difficulty. I would’ve rather kept the old ones.

Horrendous! These took hours to install. Each end must have two holes drilled, two screws, and two Allen screws, all of which has to be leveled at each step. They are a tremendous pain. I wish I had bought them at the end of our remodel and could have just returned them. Instead I bought them early on and by the time I realized the terrible design I couldn't send them back.

I'm very happy with this bathroom set. It is a good price and seems to be good quality. Some reviews stated it was hard to install but I didn't have any trouble doing so. I would definitely purchase again without hesitation. I was also impressed with the customer service from this company. I had a small issue with one of the items in the set. They were very quick to respond and remedy the situation in a very timely manner.

Installed in a rental in March 2021. Shipped individually wrapped and protected. Easy to install and sturdy on the wall. The metal is a good weight, not flimsy feeling. Black color is a smooth matte powder coated finish, so it seems durable.

Oh, man—these are awesome! Stylish, modern, sturdy. I bought 2 seems snd my husband installed them with no issues. I like that one side is open—makes it easy to remove the towel without pulling on the bar. These should last a long time!

Sleek looking bathroom hardware. Love the way they look. Easy to install. Unfortunately, the longer towel rack (not pictured) doesn’t fit in the spot I had wanted it to be in but that is my fault for not measuring before ordering.

Still waiting for my husband to install these a month later... haha!!!Update; they are installed and they are perfect! Heavy duty quality, not cheaply made.

I got the package super fast and the items are beautiful... But one of the item is missing and the hardware to install also did not come with it.Disappointed and sad.
