This book provides a concise overview of the major elements of the succession planning process. I would recommend this book to anyone assisting a small, family-owned business engaging in the succession planning process. A must read for the business owner as well!

This was a great book that I would recommend to others. A lot of good points and strategies. Of course it is much easier in theory to fix family issues, but implementing them is much more difficult. Either way, this is a good starting point to sort out family issues in business.

The short, easy to read book offers a wealth of practical ideas for engaging a family members in the business transition process.

Petty, simplistic, much filler, and old. Could have taken the "statements" that were useful and put them on one page. $23.00, don't waste your money.
