Norpro Nonstick 7-Inch Springform with Glass Base

I have a couple of other mini pie pans, and this pan is better because the cavities are further apart. It's awkward fitting a circle of crust into a small cavity under the best of circumstances, but when the cavities are 1/4" apart, you risk messing up the first when you try to fit the second (and subsequent) crusts.The pan bakes wonderfully, and makes a perfect size dessert (a generous size.) It's also perfect for individual servings of quiche, meatloaf, salmon loaf, mac and cheese, etc. In fact, the mac and cheese gets that toasty crusty cheese flavor on the sides, and we love that!The nonstick finish makes it easy to clean. This pan is a winner.

Cute pan but really smaller than I was expecting. I knew they would be small. I expected pot pie size. They are smaller than that, however. Great pan otherwise.

Bought this as an alternative to this BabyCakes mini pie maker. The electric mini pie maker was a real mess cause the filling bubbled out and made a mess that took a long time to clean.This mini pie pan works great for make individual pies, tarts, quiches, etc. It is so easy to clean up too.

This is a nice cooking pan, I have had it for a few months and used it more than 6 times. It has not rusted from washing, peeled, or warped in the oven, can't ask for more than that. Good cooking pan.
