I recently went to a couple classes at my local gym and the instructor let us use these exercise balls. I couldn’t believe how sore I was the next day! It was a good sore! Using the exercise balls added a whole new level of difficulty from the need for balance and core strength. I was hooked and immediately started searching for one on Amazon to have in my own home. This one seemed like a good price point and I liked that it also came with the resistance bands. I’ve used this exercise ball for the past several days in a row now and I have to say, I love it!The ball came flattened in the packaging but it included a plastic do-it-yourself air pump to inflate the ball. Set up was relatively easy but if I had to admit one downside, I would say that the pump is kind of cheap. It did exactly what it needed to do though so I really don’t have any complaints. I actually like that it has the capability to adjust how much air is in the ball so that when using it, I can adjust the resistance and stability based on the difficulty I may or may not have with balancing on the ball.I feel like I’m getting an excellent workout using this stability ball. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend it to others!

This purple ball lives in our living room now and both my wife and son take turns balancing on it during shows. Several months ago she started feet strengthening and balance exercises during shows and this is a perfect complement. I’ve seen her standing on it using the resistance bands too.I asked her this morning if it was a good addition to her exercise routines and she quickly responded in the affirmative.The ball itself is thick and not slippery at all. I’ve stood barefooted on it and your feet will not slip. The base is solid with multiple rubber feet to hold it in place on a hardwood or laminate floor. The ball is also odor free and didn’t require a timeout to degas after opening the package.Good buy.

This ball is amazing! Even if you use it a couple/ few days a week for maybe 15 min, you’ll feel such a difference in your abs. To balance on this bosu is almost addicting. It’s such a challenge, and I’m congratulating myself every time I stay steady without wobbling. Family of one here; if I don’t congratulate myself who’s going to? Lol, it’s an excellent buy, easy to tuck away, (my palace is 396 sq ft, and I can find a place to tuck away), and so fun to use. My gosh, there are 100 different exercises and stretches on YouTube for all ages and one size fits all. Excellent buy for the money. I love my bosu ball! 💞

Seems like a stable bosu ball. My main issue is that BOSU stands for "BOth Sides Up", meaning you can use either side to exercise on. I didn't realize that when I flipped this over there was all these little circular things on the bottom that stick out easily half inch. It makes quite a pain of trying to do some exercises where the ball side is down Also for what it's worth, the bands hardly stretch high enough to reach my waist (I'm 6' tall)

Completely love this thing! Got hooked on bosu ball workouts before I even owned one myself-they are so versatile and fun! Lucked out and ordered a terrific one, this is perfect. Great quality. Made very well. Sturdy, strong, exact bounce and great resistance bAnds. So many possibilities, probably endless. Will never grow bored of this! LOVE the pink color too! No complaints, awesome overall.

this is a great exercise ball thingy. I am used to using bosu elites at the gym and since none of us can leave the house right now i wanted something for home. I wasn't going to pay $150 so this is a perfect option that is half the price. The only thing i wish it had was the handles on the back side to flip it over and do push-ups or other exercise the utilize the bottom side of the half ball. They helped keep my hands from slipping on the bosu ball. It's not a deal breaker but if you are used to those indented handles on the bosus they are not present on this one.

Great, sturdy product for the priceUse it once a week and very happy with the quality. Easy to imflat, tough the reinflate (but I'd rather fight getting the plug out then it not stay plugged in). Attachable resistance bands are good quality, though can be tricky to get on and off. Great for the price, compared to a $100 "official" Bosu ball in store.

I purchased this and set it in my living room to help me improve my balance. If I am deciding to watch TV or play on my cell phone for an extended period I have to spend it on this thing. I love it. Great way to easily add a quick small muscle work out in throughout the day.Sit and work on posture or stand on one foot and fatigue your balance muscles. Anchor points provided and I have a 40lb resistance band I replaced the ones it came with. Has helped me increase my strength through targeting stabilization. Really great product.The pump provided inflates it just fine but you have to be direct with what you are doing. My wife found it tricky, I found it simple enough to get to a good pressure.The material all seems of good quality and built for durability. Claims to withstand 600+ lbs. It is doing a great job with 200+!

I have had it for awhile now, it is very good saving me going to classes.It is a fancy good looking half ball balance trainer, I love it so much, feel special when using it too lol,There manual pump came with it a bit old fashioned but worked well.It take up some room when lying on the floor , so I would left it up to lean on side way to save some space.It is so easy to use, it came with elastic hand pull but I did not use it. Very good quality and handy piece of equipment

Bei uns ist der Balancetrainer bei allen Familienmitgliedern beliebt. Ich habe schon lange nach so einem Teil Ausschau gehalten, da es so einen in der Kita gibt und mein Kind "den Hüpfball" liebt. Nun haben wir endlich auch einen zu Hause.Er wird zum springen, balancieren, sitzen und für gezielte Sportübungen genutzt und ist hier im Dauereinsatz. Der Balancetrainer ist wirklich vielseitig einsetzbar.Durch die rutschfesten Füße, können die Kinder auch etwas wilder auf dem Ball hüpfen, ohne dass man sich Sorgen machen muss, dass der Ball wegrutschen wird.Auch wenn der Balancetrainer Mal nicht genutzt werden soll, lässt er sich schnell verstauen, da er leicht ist und man die Luft schnell aus dem Ball heraus bekommt.Die Farbe (pink) ist wie auf dem Bild abgebildet, schön kräftig und intensiv.Wir haben keinen unangenehmen Geruch nach Plastik feststellen können und konnten somit auch gleich nach dem Auspacken bedenkenlos mit den Übungen starten.Der "Aufbau" ist kinderleicht und ging sehr schnell, es war keine komplizierte Anleitung nötig, sondern funktionierte ganz intuitiv mit der mitgelieferten Pumpe.Wir überlegen derzeit, ob wir uns sogar noch einen zweiten zulegen und würden dann auch diesen Balancetrainer noch einmal bestellen, da wir sehr zufrieden sind.

Einen 100 kg Menschen der versehentlich mit dem Po darauffällt hält er locker aus.Der yogaball bietet eine Vielzahl an Anwendungsmöglichkeiten die jede Muskelgruppe des Körpers betreffen. Eine kleine Auswahl hierzu ist beiliegend mitgeliefert.

Vor allem wegen der schnellen lieferung, vor allem wegen der qualität.Ich hatte 105 kg arbeit und fürchte mich nicht, dass dieser zweig zu meinen füßen explodiert.Das kann sehr unangenehme folgen haben!Geruch ignorieren sie, denn sie müssen sie leicht drücken, um etwas zu riechen.Nachdem das kreuzband zerrissen war, wählte ich diesen ball für die kniebewegung.Bisher habe ich mich über diesen ball gefreut. Er ist Dick und der ball hält die luft.Was mich am meisten erfreut: es Roch nicht nach billigem, giftigem gummi.Man kann den ball mit zusätzlichen pumpen sehr schnell aufpumpen.Und es ging nicht nur um das, sondern auch um das gleichgewicht zwischen sport und unterhaltung.
