JumpKing 10 x 15-Foot Rectangular Trampoline and Enclosure Combo

I am So disappointed!!! I bought this for my grandkids as a Christmas present. My sons were trying to put it together Christmas Eve after the kids went to bed and realized lots of parts were missing. There wasn’t even a tarp to jump on, not even the net!!! Now my grandkids have no present from me for Christmas. I am beyond pissed. Now that have to figure out how to get this piece of crap back!!

Easy to put together.... even when it called for a 2 person assembly, I was able to do it by myself..

I received 3 boxes labeled "Box 2 of 3", "Box 2 of 3", and "Box 1 of 3." The boxes labeled "2 of 3" have the same parts in them. I am waiting to find out what will be done and will update the review once that takes place. This is very frustrating considering I need to have this assembled by Christmas. Hopefully they will fix the issue.

Packaging arrived damaged, with pieces missing. (That's the only reason for four stars instead of five.) One phone call to the seller fixed everything.My grandson ADORES his new Jumpking Rectangular Trampoline!! He uses it every day and says it's the "best gift" he's ever gotten.

Awesome well made trampoline!

This is a really great trampoline! So much safer than the ones we grew up on. I love how the springs are covered and the net gets woven together with the jumping pad.Our three kids, ages 13, 9 and 7 absolutely love having this in the backyard.Our older son helped me put it together and we were bouncing in less than 4 hours.Our jumping pad did arrive with a small hole in it. I will reach out to JumpKING to see about that and update my 4 star to 5 star when it is resolved.Order a ladder and you are all set. Your family is going to enjoy hours and hours of fun on this trampoline while building memories that will last a lifetime!

I can't rate the ease of assembly because I paid to have someone assemble it for me. I was NOT going to tackle this beast myself and I'm glad I didn't! But one assemble put this together by himself, so I am sure two or even three people can make short work of it.My granddaughter is a gymnast/cheerleader and she is overjoyed with her new trampoline! This can only help her get better! It's also very sturdy and will not move on you like an oval trampoline might. Overall, a 5 out of 5 experience!

Packaging was fine. All the parts were there. Well made. Kid is having a great time in it. The directions are accurate but difficult to decipher. Read carefully. The door goes on the side not the end.
