Super sturdy rings. Straps appear sturdy too. Love the tape that comes with it. Well worth the price.When you set these up, make sure you thread the strap through the buckle correctly. like shown in the little pamphlet that comes in. There is one side of the buckle where you press down on a lever to let you push the strap through. Make sure you thread the strap starting from the opposite side of where you push down the lever. If you thread it through the wrong side (the side where you push the lever), the strap will slip very fast when you apply weight on the rings. Don't make this same mistake or you can hurt yourself.One negative is the amount of strap that is left over. Not sure if there is a different way of threading the strap to avoid this, but since I am hanging them on a pullup bar in a doorway instead of in an open gym, there are several feet of strap left over that kind of get in the way. Not a big deal.

Received product today, everything looks and feels like quality material but one of the two clasps doesn’t perform correctly. I verified that the strap is routed through the clasp correctly and when i put pressure on the ring (hang from it), the clasp doesn’t hold and pull’s completely apart. Is there a way to tighten the clasp? Any way to get a replacement? Also can’t find a way to reach the company so hoping to hear from them regarding this issue. The second one performs well.-Update-Customer service sent out replacement and everything works great.

These are quite nice for the price. Very easy to set up, good quality hardware and straps, good texture on rings and I haven't needed to add the grip tape yet. Only thing I wish it had was numbered lines on the straps but otherwise i would definitely recommend these rings.

I got rings to alleviate elbow and finger pain from doing pullups. These did the trick. It comes with big straps if u need them. I tested them up to 280-300 lb myself.

I never had rings before but I have been doing dips and thought I would add a new dimension . Dips with rings are WAY harder. I went from 15 consecutive on a fist set with dip bars to 6 with rings; challenging.

The good material

I bought these rings to help learn some of the gymnastic type movements in my CrossFit class and I am not disappointed. They are very sturdy, the straps are great, and I do not feel like I will have to work about anything breaking and ending up on the floor.

A las cintas negras que van en los aros les tuve que poner kolaloca, ya que con el adhesivo que trae no es suficiente, se despegan cada rato, yo fui pegando de apoco toda la cinta con kolaloka y listo, ya no batalló con que se mueva la cinta
