I was looking for a pair of headphones, to watch tv at night, when I heard about these VOGEK Wireless Optical headphones, I thought I'd give them a try, I'm so glad I did they really are superb.Purchased from Amazon, arrived the next day.Easy to set up, if like me you only read instructions when nothing else will work, it was a breeze, almost ready to work straight out of the box, you just have to connect the base and charging unit to an available mains socket, via the switch mode power supply, incidentally it will not get hot uses less electricity, and no buzz,You then chose which method of connection you want to use, supplied are three types, RCA red & white connection, headphone socket, or optical,I connected the headphone socket to my iPad, and put on John Wick, from Prime video.You then press the pair button on the left headphones, and instantly connected.From opening the box to having sound , was a mere two minutes.Wow the sound was stunning, I was blown away, dialog was crisp and clear, I did think the bass was a little loud, but then the movie makers tend to like it that way.I do like my movie sound track to be realistic, and loud, hence the need for headphones, I certainly was not disappointed.You can adjust the volume using the button on the left earpiece.On the right earpiece there is a on/ off button, and the docking station charge connection, when charging make sure this is connected to the docking station, it is possible to sit them in reverse, if the red light is on, your set, either in standby or if red light is blinking charging mode.One feature I like is, if you put them down the headphones sense there is no signal they will turn off, saving battery power.I connected these to my tv via the supplied optical lead, yet again I was mighty impressed, the sound was crystal clear, I was listening to Outlander mainly Scottish accents, previously I had to have subtitles on to get the dialogue, not with these headphones the sound was crystal clear.VOGEK claim the range to be 30 meters I did not try at that distance but around my detached bungalow I had no problem.Wireless, 2.4 ghz RF (not Bluetooth) 30 meters range, 10/12 hours listening time, auto on/off, what's not to like.After reading the details, I now know you can attache more than one set to the same charging unit, this will be great for my next camping tripI give these 9/10

Just what I needed to watch TV without disturbing others ,not noise cancelling but do drown out neighbours noisy children effectively, multiple connection options included. Pretty good quality for music although bass is slightly higher than my personal preference. Range seems good although not relevant if tv watching and audio lag is barely discernible. Very easy to set up, for the price I would consider these good value. 24 month warranty is a plus, hopefully it wont be needed so cannot comment on after sales.

These headphones are exceptionally good for the price. The Optical connection is good as is the sound and I like the rotary volume control.

I can play the TV late at night without bothering the neighbours. I only gave 4 stars for this reason: the English user guide booklet says the battery is on the left earphone. It's not, it's on the right. Takes too long to recharge which is a nuisance if you use them a lot like I do. Played TV programs such as Dramas, Sci-Fi and Horror films and hear the special effects better than my Soundbar or TV speakers. Classical, Jazz, Rock music play well. no complaints about that. Haven't had intrusive signal problems from surrounding wireless devices, of which there are a number around me.

Severely overpriced for what you get. The headphones themselves feel comfortable enough (not as comfortable as some other reviewers say) and the sound quality is quite good but that's where it ends. The inside of the headphones rattles and feels cheap. If you don't put the headphones in exactly the right spot they will not charge. For the price being charged I was expected the quality to be better. Sometimes the reception quality is a bit poor and I get a bit of interference on occasions.

This enabled my Mother to hear the TV clearer whilst still wearing her hearing aids. Up to now she had been using the TV EARS Products but the hearing aids had to be removed.Only downside is the charge cradle. It’s difficult to get the connection as it has to be correct way around and needs to locate in a notch.

Not holding any battery charge. Manual suggests changing battery once a year. Have found battery is glued in so cannot remove. Battery charge is unreliable. and now non existent. Regret purchasing as not very user friendly, manual basic. They are not comfortable to wear. Waste of money and cannot be used, dont buy.

Considering the price of theses I ts shockingly the quality of the item.Good points:- comfortable to wear. Lightweight- good quality soundBad points- regularly cut out when watching programmes/ films which is really irritating considering the are connected directly into the sound port of a tv. It is really annoying when watching something for the sound to cut out even though the phones are fully charged,These are severely overpriced for my main bad point - imagine watching a film with supposedly fully charged apearohone only for the sound to cut out at crucial points. If this had been indicated before hand I most likely would not have brought these.
