Quality and ease of use
Great bike rack . I’m not one to give reviews but this deserves one. Family of 4 bikers. I used a top rack previously and getting harder to lift 4 bikes as they get bigger because kids are lol . Very strong and much easier too use. I looked at many before picking this one. Great purchase highly recommend. Thanks

Good value for the money
The media could not be loaded. I originally posted a review saying there was lots of movement with this bike rack. It turns out it was my hitch not the rack. The rack is great. The only drawback is it does not fold up

Very sturdy product, easy to assemble, heavy duty...but.....
Bought this rack to carry my fat tire bikes. However, after assembly and mounting it in my hitch I discovered that the loops that the tires rest in are not wide enough for fat tires to rest in. Conventional bike tires rest just fine in the loops. My fat tire bike tires are too wide to rest in the loops, they ride more like on top of the loops. Had I known this I would probably not have bought this rack. I carried my bikes and added extra straps for security. I will look for a way to bend the tire loops so they are a bit wider and it should be fine. All in all an excellent rack it you do not carry fat tire bikes.

Sturdy and Secure
I grew tired of the post style bicycles jamming up and not fitting the bicycles appropriately, creating scratches on bicycles. But I was dismayed at the $600 to $1000 price range of the "deck" style 4 ct bicycle carriers. So I took a chance on this rack. Glad I did. I just returned from a 700 mile trip with three bicycles. The bikes were held safely and securely. I very pleased with this purchase.Advantages:1. Very sturdy, no give, safely transporting bicycles.2. Relatively easy to unload bicycles quickly without damaging the paint jobs.Disadvantages:1. Heavy. I'm a pretty large person, but I inserted the frame into the hitch receiver without much effort; however, two people can accomplish this task easily.2. Unable to secure the rack from theft. I overcame this drawback somewhat by using a Kryptonite cable through the frames of the bicycles and securing to my truck hitch. It's very important you leave no slack in the cable if you leave the cable attached while transporting.3. Unable to tilt or swing out of the way. If you are driving a hatchback or SUV, this could be an important issue. If money is not an issue, get the more expensive racks for security and convenience that comes with more expensive racks. However, if money is an issue and the other factors are not deal breakers, you won't be disappointed because the quality is there.

Great Rack - Sturdy, secure, and easy to assemble.
I bought this to attach to the hitch of my truck. It only took about an hour to fully assemble the first time. Throw out the included wrenches and just use a socket set. For those asking, yes you can use this for only 2 bikes since it is modular. All it takes is removing 2 bolts to remove half of the device. Storage, removal, and putting it back on is a lot easier if you do this anyway. We have 4 bikes, an XL size, a 24", a 20", and a low entry. It was a little tricky to situate with all 4 bikes, but I was able to get it done. It just takes a lot of small adjustments. YMMV depending on which sized bikes you have. Definitely trickier if you have multiple kids bikes and a low entry bike. Be sure to take a photo of the order you put the bikes in so you remember the best was do it next time. I would also highly recommend using Velcro straps on the wheels and frames just in case of a catastrophic failure somewhere on a long journey.Overall, this was about half the price of a some of the well known brands out there and it works great for me.

Sturdy & solid. Very well made.
We have had 3 different bike racks and this by far has exceeded them all in sturdiness & quality. We have 4 bikes and it held them all without touching any of them together, scratching anything or rubbing on parts. Very happy with this purchase. It fits in a standard hitch and works on all sizes of bikes from a large beach cruiser to a child’s bike. We did have to bungee our smallest kid’s bike only because the post would not go that low but it was an easy fix and made for a stress-free ride. Highly recommend. It is worth every penny.

Good buy. Very sturdy and heavy
Very sturdy. Very heavy. I have to take it off before parking in garage. Not easy to put on either. I've got it on a little red wagon to pull up to the back of my van. That works. I'm not complaining really. I like that it isn't flimsy. I'm also 70 years old. Being able to take my grandsons to the park to ride their bikes is great. Very secure. Bikes go on easily.Update:. Husband took out bolts and put pins in. This allows the rack to be put on in two pieces. Much easier to lift half the weight.

Solid
So far I have just tested it with 3 bikes. It is definitely more solid than the 1 1/4" 2 bike Swagman I used before and the instruction to use an adjustable horizontal strap from the front of the trunk lid to one of the upright posts adds to the stability. I believe the instruction for the strap came from the Curt company that makes the 2" frame hitch that mounts on the frame of the car. I have not seen or used one of the more expensive bike racks. I can believe there might be some more useful features but unless a person plans to use this very frequently I think this $229 Venzo 4 bike 2" hitch rack will get the job done just fine for many years

Great Bike Rack - Great Value
Need a bike rack to suit various shapes and sizes, with kids and adult bikes. This is easy to install, easy to load and unload. and transports bike very well.Only downside is, the rear door of Prado doesn't open far enough when bikes are unloaded. The rack is just a bit high for the rear door to clear the top of it.It doesn't lower or raise up when. BUT if you want those options, you pay LOTS more.Great Value

Defective
Have had this since April 2021, stored in doors when not in use.It is already rusting and the pin that holds the bars up to store the bikes on the rack already broke. I checked the other one and it too is near breaking as well.Sadly disappointed and as far as I can see there is no warranty so buyer beware.

#1 value and build quality
Superb value for money considering the available alternatives.Designed and built very well.I fit 20”, 24”, and two carbon 27.5” mtb no problems. This rack has revolutionized family cycling outings. As others have said, it’s a tad heavy (but it doesn’t compromise build for weight) and the sliding adjustment can be a bit stiff (maybe some chain wax would do the trick). Even with these cons, I would not hesitate to buy or recommend this rack.

Great 4 bike rack
Excellent build quality and one of the few racks to take 60kg of bikes in various shapes and sizes. Have bought venzo pedals before and this is just as good quality. I highly recommend this rack if you need to carry 4 mountain bikes or a ladies bike. And the price cannot be beaten
