I love that the cinnamon capsules come in a glass bottle! The earth has enough plastics already. I've taken cinnamon for years and the capsules always are dusty with cinnamon powder... not these! Pure Mountain Botanicals has a very clean product and I am excited to buy more from them. I loved the personal note from them & I am buying from a small business. This is a business model that I can get behind! BTW I take cinnamon to help prevent pre-diabetes as I've already had gestational diabetes and I take it to keep my cholesterol numbers in check. Please web search the problems that can be associated with taking cinnamon. I stopped after 2 months and will never take cinnamon capsules again.The quality product is good. I am not condoning the quality of the product. I have just come to the knowledge that taking cinnamon can be dangerous.

I started taking these cinnamon capsules after I read that cinnamon is good for reducing cholesterol. I am a vegan: no dairy, meat, eggs, nothing with a face or a mother! After decades of not being able to lower my numbers, I thought I would try the cinnamon. My cholesterol was reduced to 178 from 199!It is amazing! Even my Doctor was impressed. I eat tons of veggies, beans, legumes, quinoa, kale, etc. These cinnamon capsules are just what my body needed. I don't know why they work to lower my cholesterol, but they did for me!

Don’t be fooled! Searched “Organic Ceylon Cinnamon”, this popped up and purchased…my bad…this is Cassia & not Organic and no where near the health level of Ceylon (only from Sri Lanka). Google it! Cassia contains Toxins that affect when taken in large quantities even though used widely to lower diabetic blood sugar levels_Check with someone on safe dosages due to Coumarin content!. You can take as much Ceylon as needed with no negative effects, much less effective on blood sugar, though. Yes, it’s more expensive, but, just let the word “Cinnamaldehyde” sink in. Can cause Kidney & Liver damage.

I can tell this is high quality cinnamon because I can smell the cinnamon through the capsule. It smells fresh. I did receive this product for a discount for my honest review. Thank you for the opportunity to try such a high quality pure product.

The capsules are very easy to swallow and this is a very good value for the money.
