Bestop EZ Roll Truck Tonneau Cover Ford F150 Styleside 8' Bed,..Like any thing else, there could be problems and I have had this cover for a couple of months. On my first highway trip which was 700 miles round trip and the cover was great.On my next trip of 5 miles it was impossible to keep the rear retaining panel from unlocking and raising up and falling into the truck bed. I thought I had fixed that by adding a plug in the spring well in order to shorten the spring travel and add more spring power with the hope that the latch device would stay in place but, once I was on the open road the problem came back.on a 6,000 mile round trip, I had to wire the rear panel retainer in place in order to keep the rear panel from coming up at highway speeds. Once I wired the rear panel retainer in place it did manage to keep the snow out as well as the rain.If you buy this cover, you will have to reinvent the rear panel latching device. I have not determined what I will replace the cover with, but I will replace it as soon as possible.I have edited this review because I have now experienced that this unit will not stand up to the local winds. The Velcro does not hold in the local winds.While sitting at a traffic light, the wind coming from the passengers side of the truck ripped the bed cover free from the Velcro and before I could pull over to the roadside, I no longer had a bed cover and it could not be refitted to the truck because the plastic retained was destroyed when the wind took the cover.I would rate this as a "do not buy" if you live in a windy area, I live in Southern California.
