Indispensable kitchen tool!
You'll wonder how you ever lived without this! The bike is comfortable with one hand. The wheels glide easily and are gentle enough to use on surfaces like pastry mats & cookies sheets. This is my second one (in ~15 years) because the plastic wheels eventually wear down and do loosen - which makes straight lines require more effort. On the other hand, you get 9 wheels while paying less than for an all-metal pastry cutter that has fewer wheels, can scratch surfaces, and is bulkier to use. Makes pretty ruffled edges of pasta/ravioli, cookies, flatbread squares, crackers -- and it's a great guide for guaranteeing even bars, brownies, petit-fours, etc.

Great pasta accessory
I love this thing. First time I rolled out the pasta too thick and it was a disaster. Next time was just right. Cut strips and then cut across them and pinched them in the middle for farfalle. They didn't hold together as well as I hoped but that's not the fault of the bicycle, but instead of it's rider.

Does not cut dough.
Did not cut the dough. When applying enough pressure to cut through Doug the disk fall out.

Nicely done.
Purchased as a gift 🎁 that was given to a friend who truly enjoys his pasta.Seems to be very happy. Also purchased a pasta machine however that didn’t turn out so well. Can’t discuss the details till I investigate some issues. This little devise was a good purchase ...

Useless......
This thing is useless. Either you apply so little pressure that it doesn’t cut through the pasta or you push too hard and the handle falls off the axel. The outside cutters did work fine, not the middle ones.Way faster with just a single wheel.

Disappointed
I had hoped this would work. It is well made. The rollers are adjustable and in theory it is great. In use not so muchThe roller comes out of the handle when rolling it over the dough. Over and over i've had to replace the roller into the handle and it is maddening. There needs to be a secure lock to keep the roller in place then it would be very good and just what I was looking for--too bad.

It is completely useless
Plastic wheels cannot cut pasta unless you put on a lot of pressure, which makes the handle to pop out of place, or the wheels themselves to jump out of position. Low quality, poorly thought and built. Already in the garbage.

Nope. Not good.
We’ve been making pasta from scratch with a machine for a while and I thought a pasta bike would be fun. This is not that tool. Because the wheels are wavy, the pasta doesn’t easily come out as you cut it. You must press down hard to cut even this pasta (machine 8) and then the roller snaps out of place. I’ll try a different pasta bike but this isn’t the one.
