It works
I brought this device a few days ago. I installed as an access point for my verizon fios wireless to cover low signal area. It works as it supposed to be.Installation is simple. It is common router as others. I owns linksys, dlink, netgear and other home wireless router before. The function is no more than others. A few configuration screen got hung during changing, but just reboot to make it work.About High Gain Antenna, It looks like bigger than linksys and dlink. I did not see significant "High Gain" compared to my verizon wireless router.WLAN port does not work. Vendor site states it is bug. So it has 4 port. Actually 3 port can be used for my access point for wired network.Network is 10/100M, not 1G level router. I guess that's how to get price low.Overall, it is ok router with 20 bucks price.

Good features except no firewall settings, just on/off
I bought this router to complement my mom's Roku Christmas present. Overall it seems like it will be a good fit. Antenna and construction seem good with very fast speeds and it can be used as either regular router or as access point. The Zyxel brand is good so I felt OK with buying, however even after updating to the latest firmware I was disappointed to see that there are no firewall settings. Just on or off, no ability to open specific ports. DNS settings did work automatically just like other routers.**update**Unit died after about 18 months and would no longer transmit receive Wi-Fi service. Replaced with a similar priced Cisco unit with a better warranty.

Very simple settings. Not as good as the one I was hoping to change it with, so I donated it to a youth group.

Great product, great price!
I purchased this wireless router after having an older model (from another manufacturer) fail on me time & time again.The instructions for setting this up weren't really clear for me - - an admitted computer flunky. But once I muddled through things (making a few mistakes and having to back up,) this product worked wonderfully!The only reason for four stars is the unclear instructions.For the price, this is a good product!
