Good knife, awful sharpener
I got this knife for both my loaves of bread and large roasts. It works alright for breads and good for roasts and looks nice.The sharpener is awful, that's why I got the pricier set rather than the knife alone, but I wish I just got the knife on its own. The sharpener doesn't match the serrations and tries creating it's own each time which dulls the knife.
